Whether we like to admit it or not, those of us who are not within the extremely wealthy 1% of the world’s population, are slaves. We pay taxes to governments who lie to us, not providing the infrastructure and safety nets we sorely need. We pay taxes to municipalties who demand a piece of the pie when we want to build another structure on our property and some of us even die at the hands of greedy war mongers looking for more land to rape oil from.
Freedom is a myth, but we continue to live in denial about how the powers-that-be strip it from us. It gets worse from day to day, too. The United States is now a policed stated in every possible way, with other ‘democratic’ nations already there or headed in the same direction.
Food is all but completely controlled by the powers mongers of the world, causing wars, starvation and tension amid the masses. Slavery is no longer a problem of race. There is no discrimination within it’s ranks in this modern era. While some are more ‘priviledged’ than others, relatively speaking, we are all slaves to the grind.
Things have gone way too far in allowing government to take control of us so. Could only a planetary catastrophe be the one true way the power structures will be rearranged? Some may argue so.
