The purpose of its initiation rituals is cabbalistic hypnosis, and not simply quirkiness, eccentricity and harmless initiation.
But even then and there the shroud of secrecy is thrown over the initiates until they are deemed sufficiently succumbed to be of any use to the higher ups, and their grand plan and machinations for the enslavement, which is the brainwashing of all the world, against religion and into a demonic cult, mysteriously, and without even their knowledge or forethought, through the infiltration of leadership positions and all forms of media and education and law, including its manner of enforcement, medical care and religion itself, financial control and debt enslavement, the military, music, pictures and stage and television,- itself a tool of hypnosis, both physically and mentally, as well as microwave irradiation and hypnosis, the implantation of thought on a grand scale,  uniformly and uniformly destructive of society.

So you see there is a problem which relies on nothing but exposure to destroy it, given the noble nature of mankind which is only degenerated by deception and not knowing participation.
