The UNESCO-recognized International Mayan Council will share their message of peace for humanity and the end of the Mayan Calendar 2012 in a live streaming video broadcast of sacred ceremonies, direct from Chichen Itza, Yucatán, Mexico, on World Unity Network beginning at 11:11 am UT December 21, 2012. The broadcast is available at http://www.worldunity2012.com.

This message, long predicted in prophecy, will be delivered by Indigenous leaders representing several different traditions, including the International Mayan Council, Hunbatz Men, Maestro Mazatzin and Don Miguel Ruiz, author of “The Four Agreements”, representing the Maya, Taita Juan Agreda Chindoy of Columbia, Lama Lhanang Rinpoche of Tibet, Chief Yagbe Owololo Onilu from Haiti, Olmec Elder Wanique Shabazz and Mama Nyame Selassie.

There will be live feeds of sunrise as it passes over the earth all day on 12/21/12, starting at Ayers Rock in Australia, then events at Maui, Hawaii; sunrise at the Pyramid of Kukulkan in Chichen Itza at 11:11 am UT; Machu Picchu, Peru; Newgrange Monument in Ireland; Stonehenge, England, and other ancient sacred sites worldwide. This is the first time in history that the sunrise and sunset on a Winter Solstice has been documented and shared simultaneously all over earth.

Other Indigenous and spiritual leaders in the live broadcast from several events happening simultaneously worldwide include: Grandmother Agnes Pilgrim, Native American Nakota Elder Chief Golden Light Eagle and Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith of Agape International Spiritual Center.

The event is sponsored by the Synthesis 2012 festival and co-produced by Michael Short, Technical Director of All Things Peace, an organization of production professionals with world-class experience including work with Tina Turner, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Genesis, U2, Roger Waters, the Rolling Stones, and the Academy Awards.

Holographic domes with an immersive, 360-degree projection of streamed events will be provided by Adil Kassam and Patrick Kronfli, co-founders of Resonate Creative Labs and http://www.unify.org. This coverage, captured with special fish eye lenses and holophonic microphones, will be available to planetariums and domes at other events concurrently.

The Synthesis 2012 festival is sponsoring a professionally-produced, live streaming video broadcast that will originate from the Synthesis event near Chichen Itza, Mexico. It will simultaneously link up and broadcast coverage from festivals at ancient sacred sites and spiritual centers around the world, including: The Great Convergence at the Pyramids of Giza, Egypt; the Uplift Festival/Birth 2012 event with Barbara Marx Hubbard and author Bruce Lipton in Byron Bay, Australia; and the Birth 2012 event in Los Angeles, CA with Rev. Michael Beckwith of Agape International Spiritual Center and Stephen Dinan of the Shift Network.

New events are joining the website and live broadcast daily including the Ireland 2012 Festival broadcast from Newgrange Monument in Ireland and the Solstice festival in Stonehenge, England. Synthesis 2012 and World Unity Network will also be providing technical and promotional support for a live streaming video broadcast of Indigenous ceremonies at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, sponsored by Mayan Shamanism and hosted by Wisdom Keeper Tata OmeAkaEhekatl Erick Gonzalez from December 18-23, 2012.

People from all traditions are invited to join Maya, Lakota, Dine’ (Navajo), Shuar, Oromo (Ethopia), Choctaw/Chicasaw, Metis and other indigenous elders who will be in ceremony from sunrise on December 19th until sunset on December 22nd to welcome in the Dawning of the Oxlajuj Bak’tun on December 21, 2012 (4 Ajpu) at the ancient pyramid of Patziapa on the shores of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
