Andrea Magro Goes To Hollywood - A New International Star Is Born

Rome, Italy – December 6, 2012 – Andrea Magro is a young established, trained and well experienced International actor, dubber/voice-over, speaker, photo model, singer and songwriter with Italian Citizenship and American origin currently based in Stuttgart (Germany) till February 2013 and then moving to Rome (Italy) for a few tv- and feature film projects as long as he gets his O-1B artists visa and his EB-1A greencard that will approximately take about 6-12 months to then moving permanently to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams and his career that he started when he was a kid 10 years ago.

He´s currently seeking a very good theatrical and commercial representation within the UK and the Los Angeles area where his talent may fit and he absolutely wants to share and to prove his talent to Casting Directors, Producers, Directors, Agents, Managers and for the audience around the globe who get inspired by my interpretations.

One of his last and most important credit was the feature film of David Cronenberg titled “A dangerous method” with Keira Knightley, Viggo Mortensen and Michael Fassbender in the lead roles.

He was selected by David Cronenberg to play the eldest son of Sigmund Freud (Viggo Mortensen played this role), Jean Martin Freud. It was a little supporting role, but thanks to David this was a very great start for his excellent international career.

Andrea is currently listed worldwide in the “TOP 500” on IMDb.com. That´s an incredible beautiful news for this young and talented Newcomer. The young actor is also listed on Spotlight and is a Full member of the British Actors Equity Association.

He has recently finished shooting for two German tv-series (SOKO Leipzig- Fightclub where he played an illegal Muay Thai/K8 fighter, Aktenzeichen XY.. ungelöst (German original version of America´s Most Wanted) which will be aired on TV (ZDF-German tv-channel) on 12.12.2012 at 8.15 pm Germany time), and will be shooting in December 2012 for an international short film “The Week Before” in Hamburg (Germany) directed by Matt Zemlin and in February 2013 for an international horror-splatter-thriller feature film “Kid in the box – The last house in the woods 2” in Rome (Cinecittà Studios, Italy) directed by Gabriele Albanesi and has already worked alongside acclaimed international stars like David Cronenberg, Keira Knightley, Viggo Mortensen, Michael Fassbender, Vincent Cassel, Sarah Gadon, Ute Ville, Bernard Hiller, Gabriele Albanesi, Matt Zemlin, Henriette Lippold, Bettina Braun, Oren Schmuckler, Jeremy Thomas, Tony Sperandeo and many many others.

Andrea Magro is capable of speaking 4 languages fluent (German – mother tongue, US English – mother tongue, Italian – mother tongue and Spanish – excellent). Besides that he has recently started to learn some more new languages. These are: French, Latin and Japanese.

He does also practice many sports like Tennis, Golf, Baseball, Martial Arts (Muay Thai), Volleyball, Soccer, Fencing, Boxing, etc…

His playing age is around 16 to 25 and he can accommodate in New York whenever he wants because of his relatives who live there. More accommodations are in Cologne, Stuttgart, Melbourne, Rome, Milan, London, Paris and Los Angeles. He has a German agent in Cologne and an Italian agent in Rome.

For 2013 he got many inquiries from more than five international feature films around the globe and got already cast for a feature film called “Dirty Money also directed by Matt Zemlin. Shootings will begin in spring 2013 in Rome. Unfortunately he can´t reveal the names of the other projects at this stage but very soon as the cast is confirmed you will find out. Please apologize for these circumstances, but he can only reveal that they are very big productions.

His first song “I will never let you go” (English Pop-Ballade) will be released worldwide on every digital store (iTunes, Amazon, Napster, Beatport, Musicload, etc.) on 12/12/2012 at the same date of his appearance on tv and also on his birthday and will be distributed by the international acclaimed pianist and music producer “Maurizio Mastrini” with his same label. His first album is planned to be released in 2013.
