Sorry I don’t know how to send the 3 pictures I took of Larry. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get the help I need, and send them Larry is at present returning from University Hospital in Iowa city. No broken bones. Please pray for healing as he is very sore.
This is what he told me today. Yesterday at about 10:30 AM he was traveling West on US 61 by Interstate 280 West of Davenport Iowa. Making a short story he got out when pulled over and looked under the car to see if he had hit anything because of the Iowa HWY patrols flashing emergency lights.
He stated same to trooper and shook the troopers hand. He was escorted to the back of squad car. He was then asked to put his hands behind his back for cuffing. Larry asked if the was under arrest. Answer NO. Larry didn’t think he needed to be cuffed if not being arrested. (Rightfully so) The short of it is Larry was forcably thrown to the ground knocked unconscious, probably kicked. He was transported to a Davenport Hospital, then to jail where he bonded out and taken home wher I first saw him and took pictures.
The good news is Larry wasn’t charged with resisting arrestand the 1 HWY Trooper did this. I got prints made for larry and his mother. Larry’s mother will see to it Senators and Iowa Reps get them to show the abuse. Thanks to Bob and Merl for mailing you the photos of Larrys mug shot. Show it around and hopefully we can get legislation to put the Judges, Magistrates and bad people in prision for this crap. God Bless you all John. Feel free to call 563-275-0145 fo more info.

On careful consideration of the information shown on this web site …. It would seem that Larry Bell’s status concerning his return to Mt Pleasant was decided weeks ago. The list starts off with reviews at Anamosa on the date of January 4th, 2013. My guess is that this entire list was made prior to January 4th otherwise these expired dates would have been updated with NEW information.
Larry Bell’s status hearing was held at 1:45pm today, January 14th, 2013 and at about 2:20pm more or less the judicial actor (after careful consideration of the evidence) proceeded to revoke Larry’s parole.
So how could this list have been made prior to 1/4/AD2013???
Inquiring minds are curious.
