It is very important for the knee to be aligned properly. Patients who develop knock-knees is usually because of more pressure on the lateral (outer aspect of the) knees. This condition is also known as “Genu Valgum.” This abnormal distribution of weight causes wearing of the cartilage and joint to accelerate and makes arthritis worse. In this condition legs are bowed inwards in the standing position (see the picture). This unusual misalignment usually occurs at the level of the knees, and then when the patient is standing with his or her knees together, the feet can not touch each other. Great article on Dr. Farshchian.
More advertising rubbish from this quack. A fortnight ago he was telling us that he had the cure for muscles aching a bit after exercise. I kid you not, who’d a thunk it? Over exercising may cause sore muscles. Go figure.
Dr Farce-dashian had no comeback for me then and he probably won’t this time either. He won’t want you to know that there are bee products available that naturally do wonders for joint pain, let alone reducing obesity and taking some weight off the joints.
By the way i’m a Welder and back to work next week. I have no axe to grind here. I just like the sound of my own voice and i can think for myself and outside the square.
