Kiera Champlin-Kuhn, Represents New York with Entry into Renowned Publication Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

Representing the nurses of New York, Kiera Champlin-Kuhn, has been selected to represent her community in the publication of The Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare.  In practice for over 20 years, Kiera Champlin-Kuhn represents the commitment, distinction, and passion for patient care needed to receive this respected honor.

Located in Canandaigua, New York, Kiera works at Thompson Health System. At Thompson, Kiera is the Director of Quality and Safety; as well as an emergency nurse. Thompson received the honor of Magnet Designation; which recognizes healthcare organizations for quality patient care, nursing excellence and innovations in professional nursing practice. As an emergency room nurse, Kiera specializes in rapid assessment and treatment when every second counts, particularly during the initial phase of acute illness and trauma.

Kiera’s career began after she received her Bachelor’s degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2008. Upon completion, Kiera continued her education, receiving her Master’s, at Thomas Jefferson University. To maintain active and current standing in the field of nursing Kiera is a member to various medical associations including the Emergency Nurses Association and the National Patient Safety Foundation.
