Red Alert, "legal GUN CONFISCATION" HAPPENING NOW!

It looks as if the lawmakers with this collection of weaponry are gloating that they accomplished this magnitude of firearms. Kinda wondering how many people were foolish enough to give them up, unless this is the result of one of those pre emptive “parliament” confiscations, that they conducted by “en legis” which is the ability to legislate. If this is Chicago, or another city with astounding gun crime, did this massive amount of firearms contribute to a worse or improved crime rate? Are these firearms inoperable, or were the owners of these firearms forced to surrender?

Gun confiscation already underway in California. According to a Lew Rockwell story, the group that is responsible for these confiscations is called APPS. APPS is an acronym for Armed Prohibited Persons System. This group of gun confiscation police is likened to the death squads deployed by Germany’s National Socialist Regime, which were called the Einnsatzgruppen. One of these teams from Arizona’s Pima County, murdered an individual named Jose Guerena, and the execution style was almost in tandem with the style of their German antecendents.

The APPS program is exclusive to gun confiscation. There are no “legal” proceedings to determine whether or not a person is a criminal in posession of a firearm, simply the determination that the individual poses a threat to themselves or to the people around them. Using “gun registry” lists, which this argument was presented as a means to derail the President’s proposal for a  National Gun Registry, that was announced in response to the Newtown Connecticut school shooting that left 20 school age children dead in the wake. These children were only between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. This incident occurred on December 14, 2012, and on January 13, 2013 President Obama signed 23 Executive Orders that were the prelude to confiscationa according to activists that were against these Executive Orders, that were considered “comprehensive gun control” by the President, and his gun grabbing colleagues.

There is more information to add to the allaged beginning of gun confiscation in California, as it has also began in New York. No one reported on this confisccation measure in New York, until an assigned “parliament” confiscated the guns from the wrong gun owner. This individual was a resident of Buffalo New York, and under the “guise of the Safe Act and its passage, David Lewis of Buffalo New York, had recieved an order to surrender his firearms, a Supreme Court Judge that ruled on the case also ordered the police to return the firearms to Mr. David Lewis.

Now to the argument of Universal Background Checks, in New York, this “legislative” procedure called Universal Background Checks, your name may be placed on “the list” of people with NO SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS due to the recommendation of any doctor who may have “questions”. This has already happened, so the argument that there will not be a mistake made to this regard cannot be used anymore.The “legislative” process already authorizes the Government “deputized parliament” to revoke an individuals right to keep and bear arms for a miniscule prescription of anti ANXIETY medication.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Thursday, a state Supreme Court Judge ruled guns seized from David Lewis, 35, must be returned to him after he was incorrectly identified as violating the mental health provision of the SAFE Act.

“We know that from the health care agency to the State Police, there was some kind of breach,” said Lewis’ attorney, Jim Tresmond.

The APPS troops arrive in front of homes driving in SUV’s and armored in “black tactical gear and uniforms” sweeping California cities and siezing the weaponry of “prohibited persons” throughout cities across California. These searches are widely conducted without warrants unless in the case that an individual refuses access, the group will seek the necessary warrant, and lock down the unit until the “desired” results are reached. California’s liberal Governor Jerry Brown has recently signed a bill that will put another 36 “jackboots” into the business of civilian disarmament.

At this point, California is the only state “legislatively” participating in active confiscation laws, but it is not the only state that has engaged in “pre emptive civilian disarmament” policies.In the year 1999, In Massachusettes, law enforcement and prosecution did not “entertain” a call from a man named Gregory Girard’s estranged wife who was temporarily “displaced” from Eastern Germany claiming that her husbands poliitcal views were “irradic”. Because it is apparently an unjustified claim to need a firearm based on the premise that one is in fear of the Federal Government actually confiscating the firearms of the civilian population, Massachusettes law enforcement sent a “parliament” to Girard’s place of residence to confiscate his firearms.

In other municipalities across the country, they have confiscatory gun laws already in place. Meanwhile in these cities with such “gun laws”, the crime rate is not lower in any standard recognized as safe by the average person. While refusing to comply with anti gun legislation, I want to remind everyone that the Federal Government is going to insist that they do not plan to confiscate your weapons, they intend to convince the citizens of the U.S. to voluntarily give up their right to defend themselves. One thing to remember is this is not going to be solely limited to the state of California, California is a prerequisite to what will eventually take place across the rest of the country. There is no way California is only an experiment, the idea is to collect data, and record the successfulness of this involuntary confiscation.

Retired Army General Paul Valleyl has issued a statement calling on the American People to demand forced resignations of certain individuals within the U.S. Government. I want to include some names that were not mentioned in this call for resignations. Valleyl insists that because Obama does not “trust” American soldiers, and commanding officers of the military to comply with such orders to forcibly disarm political dissidents in the United States of America, he is purging the military of Patriotic officers. This is a result of the cancer commonly referred to as “politcal correctness”, and none other than Valerie Radical Jarrett have been behind these unprescedented firings and dismissals of U.S. Military Personnel.

Jarrett is an Iranian born radical Islamist, who works for the Obama administration as his closest “advisor”. As of present, the Obama adminsitration has relieved 200+ high ranking military officers since 2008. The name given Jarrett is “Night Stalker”. This name night stalker is not in many ways nefarious, but a term deemed from her frequent overnight stays at the White House, Valleyl compares the overnight stays to what Karl Rove was to George Bush under the Bush administration. Although Valleyl refers to the insight Jarrett gives Obama, he does call her the “brain” of B.H.O. In whatever malevolent form it may assume, she is the brain of Hussein Obama. If the night stalker is the reason for the wide spread demand for political correctness, perhaps Jarrett is the one that offers the “ideas” the the brilliant EXECUTIVE ORDERS one has to discover was signed in the middle of the night that further impose on the individuals freedoms once guaranteed as a right, and not offered as a priveledge of the United States.

More reports identify the cultprits that will be confiscating your weapons will be the Russian and Chinese military. Some say we as U.S. citizens can come to expect more mass school shootings, until we the People cave and agree to be disarmed. Give up your weapons, or else, we know what is best, and we will protect you.
