Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Dairy Ashford Village, a 43,751 SF retail center, located at 1570 S. Dairy Ashford Road, Houston, Texas. The center was 89% leased at the time of the sale. Christopher D. Winters and John S. Parsley of Colliers International represented the seller, N.J.G. & M. Texas, Inc. Keller Williams represented the buyer, DAV Entrepreneurs, LLC, a private equity group based in Houston. The property is strategically located adjacent to a Kroger anchored grocery on Briar Forest. “Many of the tenants in Dairy Ashford Village have been long term occupants of the property citing the excellent location, demographics and visibility within the west Houston retail market,” Winters indicated.
