First ever ClickerExpo held outside of USA comes to Europe

Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire – Over 350 attendees from 29 different countries worldwide attended ClickerExpo Lancashire.

The first ever ClickerExpo to be held outside of the USA, attracted over 350 attendees from 29 countries as far a field as Australia, Chile, Israel as well as most of Europe. This awesome get together was hosted by Positive Animal Solutions, the leading dog training and behaviourist books, DVDs and training aids suppliers working in partnership with Karen Pryor Clicker Training. There were presentations by Karen Pryor, Ken Ramirez, Cecilie Koste, Michele Pouliot, Kay Laurence , Eva Bertilsson & Emelie Johnson-Vegh all of which were enjoyed by packed rooms of eager to learn trainers & behaviourists. Held at The Mercure Bolton Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa, over the weekend of 17-19 October 2014, the event had sold out 11 months previously with all places booked within 6 weeks.

This 3 day conference was historical in terms of numbers from different countries all gathered under one roof and the fact this was the first time ever the ClickerExpo has been held anywhere other than the United States.

Positive Animal Solutions have now become one of the key sources for up to date publications which appeal to the student, trainer, behaviourist and dog owner. From the beginning we decided that we would only offer items which fitted with our ethos of using techniques which get results and also build the relationship with the dog without fear or intimidation.

For the best range of books, DVDs, training aids and events, we are known as The Trainers Choice. We’ve also arranged seminars and training courses, with speakers including David Ryan, Claudia Fugazza, Pam Mackinnon and Dr Roger Abrantes.

2014 has seen Dr Susan Friedman and Nicole Wilde speak for us and of course we had ClickerExpo in the UK for the very first time in October!

Events planned for 2015; Ken Ramirez is back (http://www.positiveanimalsolutions.com/Ken_Ramirez_Seminar_s/2136.htm ) and also we have Nicole Wilde returning 4th & 5th August. ClickerExpo will be in Warwickshire 23-25th October 2015.
