PowerStone Starts 2015 With Addition Of Prestigious Columbus Grove

IRVINE, CA (February 20, 2015) – PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that it has been selected by the Columbus Grove Community Association in Tustin to manage the community’s 874 homes. Columbus Grove is a nine-year-old Master Association particularly unique because the neighborhood straddles both the cities of Irvine and Tustin.

“We were honored to be included in the process and feel very fortunate that they have confidence in PowerStone to manage their special community.” Says CEO Rene’ Decker and adds: “This is a great way to start our 22^nd year and it enables us to add some experienced managers that will guarantee that Columbus Grove receives the service and attention they expect from us.”

The two new managers joining PowerStone with responsibilities on Columbus Grove include General Manager Debbie Alvarez and Lifestyle Director Sarah Duta.  Debbie has over 20 years experience managing a wide range of owner associations with duties including training and supervision of a team of employees, including employee development plans, creation and implementation of training and standardization programs, and strategic planning to ensure both client and employee satisfaction and retention.  She holds the following professional honors: PCAM, CMCA, AMS and CCAM.

Sarah has over six years’ experience working in community management specializing in Lifestyle and Events. She will be responsible for the creation, planning and coordination of all special events and recreation programs for Columbus Grove. This includes raising sponsorships and managing budgets and staff. Prior to her current position, she was in charge of the entire recreation program for an award winning and one of the largest Master Planned communities in Irvine.
