Maverick Management Group Announces Renovation Of University Village And Estates

AUSTIN, TX – Maverick Management Group, LLC, (MMG) acting as an owner’s representative and project manager for Investcorp International Realty, announces the completion of the renovation of the University Villages and University Estates student housing complexes in Austin, Texas.

In order to stay competitive in the local college housing environment, Maverick Management Group in conjunction with Model Home Interiors of Durham, NC, managed a 7 month renovation project on both student housing complexes including upgrades to the exteriors of all apartment buildings, FFE in over 200 apartment units and the complete interior redesign of two leasing offices, two clubhouses and two fitness centers. Upgrades feature new furnishings, study rooms, computer labs, game rooms, high speed internet and HD theatre screens in the clubhouses as well as new state of the art exercise equipment in both fitness centers.
