Red Rock Real Estate and Cityside Real Estate Acquisition will impact Southern Utah market

St. George, Utah – Red Rock Real Estate and Cityside Real Estate have reached a definitive agreement to unite. When the acquisition took place, Red Rock Real Estate proudly became the largest locally owned and independent brokerage and real estate service group in Southern Utah. The two companies will operate as Red Rock Real Estate.

Red Rock Real Estate’s principal broker, Allen Holland said, “We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of Cityside Real Estate as our established resources make a footprint in Southern Utah real estate. Cityside’s extensive industry knowledge brings a new dimension to our real estate service”.
