Former Federal Prosecutor Lynette S. Byrd New Head Of Employment Practice Group At Oberheiden Law Group, PLLC
The Oberheiden Law Group PLLC, a Dallas-based national law firm, announces that former Department of Justice prosecutor Lynette S. Byrd will be the new head of the firm’s Employment Practice Group.

During her tenure as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, Ms. Byrd pursued the interests of the United States in a variety of civil and criminal matters. Prior to her government position, Ms. Byrd was an associate at a leading international law firm and litigated complex employment disputes in Texas state courts and a number of federal district courts across the country.
