New England Homebuilder Announces An Affordable Modular House

Yorkville Modular Homes introduced a second model in its line of affordable and energy efficient modular homes. The Yorkville II model is one of the most affordable modular homes on the market and comes fully loaded, including: insulated walls, shingled roof, vinyl siding, laminate flooring, ENERGY STAR certified windows, kitchen cabinets, kitchen counter, four standard kitchen appliances, and all bathroom fixtures.

Priced at $69,900 and featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, the 1100 square foot two story modular home, can be delivered to the customer in 40 days of order date. The homeowner will need to provide land and is responsible for site preparation, foundation or basement, utilities connections, delivery and installation fees and applicable taxes.
