Arcturus Growthstar Technologies Inc. (formerly Bi-Optic Ventures Inc.) (the “Company” or “Arcturus”) is pleased to announce that effective at the open of markets on February 17, 2016, the Company’s common shares will be listed and posted for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company is in the business of designing and distributing LED lighting solutions utilizing the COB and MCOB technology. Through existing relationships with manufacturers in China and Vietnam, the Company is focused on delivering cost efficient lighting to North America via advanced e-commerce sites the Company owns and operates. www.LEDCanada.com which caters to B2B customers is a supplier of the newest and highest demand LED solutions.
