Ontario Sports Nutritionist Releases Time-Saving Cookbook on Pressure Cooking

Ontario Sports Nutritionist, Vanessa Olsen, is helping householders spend less time in the kitchen with the launch of her new book, Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook: 100 Quick, Easy and Healthy Pressure Cooker Recipes for Electric Pressure Cookers.

The Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook is an interesting guide to preparing healthy, delicious meals quickly using the electric pressure cooker. The book features 100 recipes from breakfasts to desserts and everything in between. There are recipes for chicken, meat and vegan entrées, beef, soups and side dishes
