With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Lynette Campbell, RN, BN, M.Adv. Prac., M.NP joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. She is a distinguished Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with sixteen years of uniquely diversified experience in the nursing arena and a vast expertise in areas such as palliative care, cancer care, and gerontology. Lynette attends to patients as a Transitional Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Consultant at Calvary Mater Newcastle in Warath, New South Wales, Australia. Situated in the heart of the Hunter region, Calvary Mater Newcastle is a 187-bed facility that provides services to people of the Hunter New England region and Country NSW. Calvary Mater Newcastle is the region’s major centre for oncology services, hematology, clinical toxicology and research.

Lynette studied at the University of Newcastle in Newcastle, NSW, which awarded her a bachelor degree in nursing in 2000, a master degree of advanced practice nursing in 2010, and a master degree of nursing practice in 2015.  Lynette remains at the forefront of a challenging industry through her memberships with the Australian College of Nursing, the International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care, and the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners. She links her successful career to resilience, team work in multi-disciplinary environments, being independent, collaborative and autonomous, and dedication to providing safe, comprehensive, end-of-life care. In her spare time, Lynette enjoys family life, being outside, reading, and gardening.
