Blodnick Fazio & Associates PC Welcomes Laurie Sayevich Horz as an Associate

GARDEN CITY, NEW YORK — Blodnick Fazio & Associates PC has announced that Laurie Sayevich Horz has joined the firm as an Associate.
 
Ms. Sayevich Horz concentrates her practice in all facets of commercial, contractual, real property and corporate governance disputes in federal and state courts in New York. She has successfully obtained jury verdicts and appeals on behalf of her clients, represented clients in litigation outside of New York, as well as in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and the International Center for Dispute Resolution.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sayevich Horz was an Associate at Berger, Fischoff & Shumer, LLP in Syosset. During her career, she has worked in various law firms throughout the metropolitan New York area. She began her legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable E. Thomas Boyle, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
 
Ms. Sayevich Horz is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. She is also a volunteer with the Suffolk County Girl Scouts.
 
In 1992, Ms. Sayevich Horz graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where she was a double major in Political Science and History. She received her Juris Doctor with Distinction from Hofstra University School of Law in 1995. While in law school, she was the Managing Editor of the “Notes and Comments” section of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal.
