Going hand-in-hand with their 24/7 dining option, Saj Bistro has introduced its all-day menu.

In-keeping with the restaurant’s recently introduced 24/7 dining option, Saj Bistro has unveiled a brand new all-day menu for customers. The choices comprise of a mix of meats, salads, curries and desserts without the worry of any of the dishes being unavailable due to time restrictions.

The restaurant which is found on Sheikh Zayed Road features freshly sourced ingredients in their dishes which has proven to be a major attraction to customers. Furthermore, this is not only reserved for in-house dining, but also their services ranging across special events. As the world slowly shifts away from fast-foods, this notion is only fitting. Given the increase in demand for healthier, tasty options, this premier Lebanese fusion restaurant in Dubai has risen to the top as the restaurant of choice especially with their introduction of all-day dining.

The all-day menu consists of a range of items to choose from. Shawarmas, hummus, tabbouleh, zaatar, halloumi and home-made breads are just some of the choices on offer. These are additionally complemented by a range of delicious, refreshing salads for an extra healthy touch. For those of you who might have special dietary requirements, the restaurant is able to cater to your needs. They will also be introducing delivery options soon which will be an added convenience.

‘Saj Bistro was implemented with the aim of providing healthy food. We chose to embark on this path because of the shift the culinary world is taking. As people are growing more aware of the problems associated with fast-foods, they are increasingly looking towards better choices which are unfortunately scarce. They also run into problems where they do not always get what they are looking for as many places are closed by the time they get off work or do not serve certain items again, due to time constraints. This prompted us to compile an all-day menu where we worked with our chefs to ensure that it remained diverse, yet true to the heart of Middle-Eastern cuisine. We are very pleased with the outcome, as many months of hard work and dedication has been put in.
