CITC USA HOSTS HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE FOR CHINESE DELEGATION

Hand-in-hand with Al Zahra Hospital, CITC USA’S healthcare division hosted a healthcare conference for the Chinese delegation.

Together with Al Zahra Hospital, CITC USA hosted a healthcare conference in November 2016, in an effort to broaden perspectives and draw wider attention to the escalating health crisis not only in Dubai, but around the world. As a company with a global presence, the management at CITC USA considered this to be a crucial move forward in the interest of both logistics in Dubai, and other industries.

The conference covered topics such as the health situation in Dubai a decade ago compared to now, preventive measures and treatments employed to now and the measures and cures that will be in place in the future. These topics were supported by varied and extensive research by experts and CITC USA employees, particularly those who work in their health division, Eternity Medicine. It was found that whilst technology had significantly enriched the medical field through more efficient equipment and treatment options, there seemed to be less interest than ever amongst the public to attend to their health issues unless there was a cause for concerns. Companies such as McMaster in Dubai that have signed onto corporate health screenings were also used as a working example for the sessions.
