New Vision Eye Center a leading provider of eye treatments in Dubai, has released their updated clinic timings.

Dubai’s leading clinic for eye care and treatment (such as LASIK in Dubai) New Vision Eye Center, released its new clinic timings for the New Year; the new hours of operation are 9 am- 6:30 pm from Saturday-Wednesday with Thursdays and Fridays off.

The decision was confirmed as records showed that a majority of clientele were most likely to visit the clinic from Saturday through to Wednesday, with that number scant on Thursdays and Fridays. In the interest of saving unnecessary costs from keeping the clinic open on days with poor crowds, the management has made the decision to instead extend their working hours from Saturday- Wednesday which are days with better attendance. It also allows the staff much needed time off which is essential when sensitive issues such as LASIK treatment in Dubai are in the picture. Clients who want to make their bookings on off-days will need to redirect their appointments accordingly. ‘Our new and revised operating hours have been updated on our website as well for quick reference. We made this decision as a team, after much deliberation. The primary reason was that we noticed on Thursdays and Fridays attendance was low either due to work or personal commitments. We often had people booking appointments, only to cancel at the last minute which is costly for us from a business point-of-view. Additionally, we found that our staff was overworked as a result, awaiting patients that would not turn up. Given that attention, energy and promptness is mandatory throughout the day at our clinic, this was not a conducive situation for them. Hence, we decided that by closing the clinic on Thursdays and Fridays, we were not only able to cut costs, but also give our employees a chance to recuperate.
