NEW VISION EYE CENTER ADDRESSES EMIRATI PROTOCOL ON KERATOCONUS TREATMENT AT LOS ANGELES CONGRESS

Leading eyecare provider in Dubai, New Vision Eye Center recently addressed the Emirati protocol surrounding keratoconus treatment at the ASCRS-ASOA Symposium & Congress in Los Angeles.

At the ASCRS-AOA Symposium & Congress held from May 5th-9th 2017 in Los Angeles, New Vision Eye Center addressed the Emirati protocol on keratoconus treatments. The convention was attended by none other than New Vision Eye Center’s founder and leader, the renowned Dr. Safwan Al-Bayati.

The convention is regarded as an important step forward in ensuring excellent standards are met where eyecare is concerned worldwide, particularly in leading countries such as Dubai. The exponential rise in treatments such as LASIK in Dubai, Supra-LASIK and other superior modes of eyecare is cited to be one of the primary reasons for the convention. It is imperative that any and all such treatments adhere to and are consistent with global standards, thereby affirming safety for all patients who seek them.

The purpose of the convention was especially focused on assessing the reliability, efficacy, visual outcome and corneal asymmetry of the Emirati protocol for keratoconus treatments. The condition which can affect a vary majority of people including young people such as teenagers, requires as much precision and care as LASIK eye surgery in Dubai. The topic was further honed in, where experts including Dr. Safwan Al-Bayati thoroughly examined Wide-Area Surface Ablation Laser, guided by Corneal Wavefront combined with Accelerated Crosslinking when treating keratoconus. It was found that the Emirates as a whole, is indeed in-keeping with global standards, with visible and positive results stemming from this treatment. Aside from this, it was also found to exact safe and effective keratoconus procedures as a whole, with New Vision Eye Center leading the way.
