Logicalis announces intention to acquire Coasin in Chile and Peru

London, 15th May 2018 – Logicalis Group, an international IT solutions and managed services provider, announces its intention to acquire Coasin Group, a Chilean ICT system integrator offering technological solutions to industries such as mining, financial services, telecommunications and retail, with operations both in Chile and Peru. The acquisition, to be made through Logicalis Latin America, is subject to review and approval of local authorities.

Coasin Group is a recognised system integrator and IT services company, established for over 50 years, with annual revenues of US$85 million, providing technological solutions to large companies. With the acquisition, Logicalis assumes a leadership role in the Chilean market – where it already operates for more than 10 years and consolidates, even further, its presence in the Latin American region, combining both companies’ technical excellence and solutions portfolio. In addition, Coasin’s expertise in managed services will complement Logicalis’ local and regional portfolio, providing a more comprehensive offering to customers, as well as a robust service platform to respond to its customers’ needs within Latin America.
