On 01-05-1999 I got my business license. On 01-08-1999 Mr. Lee Allen a former associate wrote then Governor George Bush and presented my unpublished work as his. On 02-17-199 Governor Bush wrote him back and told him that He would bring this to the attention of his legislative and policy staffs, and he encouraged him to contact Insurance Commissioner Jose O. Montemayor. On 03-10-1999 HB 2793 was filed placing my unpublished work in a public domain.It failed to pass due to engrossment. at no point was I ever notified or even asked to use my information, or even notified that it was being used. On 09-01-2005 SB 1670 was passed and TEXAS SURE was created with Plagiarized and Infringed information. enclosed are “Original Documents” that supports everything I am saying, What Happened to The Golden Rule? Take not from others to such an extent and in such a manner that you would be resentful if they so took from you.”(McDonald,” Non-Infringing Uses”9 Bull Copyright Society 466(1962).
Sir this is willful Infringement for financial gain, Unpublished works are protected from fair use (Harper & Row v. Nation Enterprises,471 U>S> 539 (1985). furthermore unauthorized use of unpublished material can never be a fair use. (Salinger v. Random House,Inc., 811F2d 90(1987). Please let President Obama know that I have already created jobs in 35 states by this and they only have the Pre K version, the full version as you can see can and will create jobs in all States and maybe even Countries. I have not went public with this or even retained an attorney, but if I have to I will cash in my Disability to retain an attorney and release this WORLD WIDE.
