Bible Code: Huge Earth Catastrophe Confirms Mayan 2012

Much has been written about the dire Mayan prophecy affecting all of Mankind in the last month of 2012.

While conspiracy theories and bad science have driven most of the speculation, now a possibly credible source lends some weight to the Doomsday scenarios: the Old Testament.

The Bible Code

First discovered by a famous mathematician, the Bible Code—also called the Torah Code—uses scientific methodology to discern the hidden word of God in the Holy Scriptures. The existence of the mysterious code was first brought to the public’s attention by author Michael Drosnin in his worldwide bestseller, The Bible Code.

Believers argue that the code—deciphered by choosing letters that form a mathematical pattern and spelling out both words and phrases—are prophetic.

The controversial code was lent some scientific credibility when scholars Doron Witztum, Eliyahu Rips and Yoav Rosenberg published a paper, “Equidistant Letter Sequences in the Book of Genesis” in Statistical Science, a science journal.

The researcher’s study outlined a hidden code within the Torah and argued that strong evidence existed the code was real. They pointed to the statistics showing prophecies concerning well-known rabbis that appeared in the coded sections many centuries before the rabbis were born.

Further weight was given to the validity of the code when two scientists—physicist Nathan Jacobi, an agnostic Jew, and engineer Moshe Aharon Shak, an orthodox Jew—began investigating the code and to their astonishment discovered hundreds of examples of coded prophecy, some quite lengthy.

Perhaps more remarkably, some of the prophecies concerned events that have already occurred in recent times and could therefore be confirmed as valid. Other prophecies zero in on the future and near-future world events.

According to some researchers, the Bible has many coded passages warning of a major problem with the sun. Some of those codes also allude to a terrible event in the year 2012.

Some claim the Mayans believed 2012 marks the end of an Age and that’s supported by the coded prophecies now deciphered. Scientific organizations like NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA) tend to concur.

Both NASA and the ESA have been warning the Earth is completely vulnerable to mega-flares from the sun and has been pleading with world governments to do something to protect the Earth. The space agencies have been voicing their concerns for more than two years and their pleas have, for the most part, fallen on deaf political ears.

Recently, the respected New Scientist has warned that a massive solar eruption in 2012 could bring terrible destruction to Earth.

A Doomsday sun?

“And they fourth poured out his bowl upon the sun; and it was given to it to burn men with fire. And men were burned with great heat; and they blasphemed the name of God Who has the authority over these plagues; and they did not repent to give Him glory.” – a non-coded prophesy of world destruction by solar flares. Revelation 16:8-9.

But what of the passages of the actual code that seem to support the frightening Mayan warning echoing across the centuries? Here is one important code extract:

1. 2012 – comet – large – stone-like/stony – object – sped
2. Tongue-like – sun – whole earth / earth annihilated – smitten/stricken – smitten
3. Planetary/wanderer – fragmentary – sixty – mile – blunderbuss/scatter-gun
4. Crater – Canada – ultimate – terrifying – appalling – lethal
5. Modifier – mantle – axis – tilting – tipping – speeded
6. Seismic – eradication – It will be crumbled/I will tear to pieces *

But what does it mean?

Although some have interpreted the excerpts as a giant comet hitting the Earth, that seems highly unlikely. What is likely is that the comet is a sign that presages the violent activity of an exploding sun. The comet Elenin will arrive in Earth’s region of the solar system and the deep space visitor will further stimulate the solar maximum that has already begun.

The entire solar system has entered a region of the galaxy dominated by a gigantic photon cloud of unknown energy. Preliminary data suggest it’s already interacting with planetary magnetic fields and with the sun.

The code also reveals that the sun will eject mammoth “tongue-like” fire striking Earth and bombarding Earth like a shotgun or “scattergun.” Since Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) tend to mostly affect the Northern Hemisphere, it’s interesting to note that the Bible Code warning singles out the region of Canada and describes a lethal event.

More terrifying, the code also warns of a massive CME slamming Earth with such force that the planet might tilt on its axis. Such an event would kill billions within a matter of minutes as the seas would wash over whole continents and mountain ranges would sink beneath the rising, turbulent oceans.

Worse, if the code is to be believed, eradication of the world is foreseen.

This dovetails with the dire predictions forecast within the end of an Age that the Mayan calendar is said to predict. And the Mayan version of horrific transition is confirmed along the same time line as the “word of God” found in the mathematical matrix of the Bible Code.

Yet the code is not the only harbinger of approaching doom. The great prophets of the Old Testament had much to say about the world consumed by the fires of a sun gone mad.

”Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. Behold, the name of the Lord cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire…” – Isaiah 30:26-27.

Again the Earth is said to be devoured by a tongue of fire.

Mainstream science’s view

New Scientist published this hair-raising warning about the sun in their January 9, 1999 issue: [The sun could] “send out a monstrous flare powerful enough to melt the ice on Jupiter’s moons, destroy much of Earth’s ozone layer and obliterate all our satellites.”
