Prophecy of the beginning of sorrows (a warning)
Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, take heed that no man deceive you.

Mark 13: 5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

Luke 21:8 And he said, Take heed that you be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draws near: go you not therefore after them.
“I am Christ; and the time draws near,” sounds like prophecy preachers to me.

Matthew 24:¬5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Mark 13: 6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Jeremiah 29:8 For thus said the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which you cause to be dreamed.

Matthew 24:6 And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that you be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

Mark 13:7 And when you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, be you not troubled: for such things must need to be; but the end shall not be yet.

Luke 21:9 But when you shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Matthew 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places.

Luke 21: 10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: 11 And great earthquakes shall be in diverse places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

Mark 13: 8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in diverse places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

2 Esdras 16:12 The earth quakes, and the foundations thereof; the sea rises up with waves from the deep (Tsunami), and the waves of it are troubled, and the fishes thereof also, before the LORD, and before the glory of his power:

Matthew 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Luke 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake. 13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony. 14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what you shall answer: 15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Mark 13: 11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what you shall speak, neither do you premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak you: for it is not you that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

Matthew 23:34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them you shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall you scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:

Luke 21:16 And you shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

Mark 13:12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

Micah 7:5 Trust you not in a friend, put you not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of your mouth from her that lie in your bosom. 6 For the son dishonor the father, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.

Matthew 24:10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

Amos 5:10 They hate him that rebuke in the gate, and they abhor him that speak uprightly.

Mark 13:13 And you shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Luke 21:17 And you shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake. 18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish. 19 In your patience possess you your souls.

Matthew 13:21 Yet has he not root in himself, but endures for a while: for when tribulation or persecution rises because of the word, by and by he is offended.

Luke 8:13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Isaiah 26:21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
 
Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endures unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

2 Esdras 8:3 There be many created, but few shall be saved.

Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Mark 13:10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

Mark 1:14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent you, and believe the gospel.
