The Psalms come alive as we follow David and his struggles amidst the troubles that surrounded him. Here we as those upon whom the End of days has come must, as David did; and other saints understand the nature of the struggle. We must grab ahold of our hope, who is our God and Father through Yeshua and never let go. We must as Psalms says “Set up our Banners”, in the name of the Lord. As we go into battle, both spiritual and physical, forces are there to bring us down. But in this we can “rejoice in the Lords salvation” and in the Name of our God we can overcome
As David says “I know that the LORD saveth his anointed, he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.” It is here, as with others that have gone before us in the faith that we unequivocally say “Some trust in chariots [man’s power and might], and some in horses [military might] but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. It is here that the end of days cataclysm will occur and as the “heathen rage and the people imagine vain things” against the Lord our God and his anointed, where will his people stand?
