The End Times--What Will Happen and When

I am amazed at how many people look to various things to get a glimpse of what may transpire in the near future. Some turn to charts and graphs, some use predictive linguistics, some use astrology and remote viewing, and some use the writings of various religious types.

When I come across some of these things and see people who are fervent in their devotion to and promotion of these various things, I usually always think something like, “Why don’t they just use the Bible?” Why do I think this? Because I know the Bible is 100% accurate, and that it gives a clear picture of what will transpire on the earth in the very near future. I also know that the other sources, even though they may contain some truth, contain a lot of error.

I have studied end times Bible prophecy for many years and as a result have come up with a comprehensive chronological list of the major events that I believe are going to occur in the near future—the end times. So let me give you the Bible “Shape of Things to Come.”

1. Last 7 years begins. (Dan 9:27)

2. Seal 1: Conquering political and or religious force begins to take over the world. (Rev 6:1,2)

3. Seal 2: World War III. (Rev 6: 3,4)

4. Seal 3: World wide economic collapse, famine. (Rev 6:5,6)

5. Seal 4: Plagues, death, ¼ of world’s population dies. (Rev 6:7,8)

6. Abomination of Desolation performed by antichrist. (2 Thes 2:1-4)

7. Ministry of 2 witnesses begins. (Rev 11:1-15)

8. Antichrist takes over the world. (Rev 13:5-9)

9. Seal 5: Worldwide persecution of Jews and Christians. (Rev 6: 9-11)

10. Seal 6: Nibiru/Planet X passage–signs in the sun, moon, and stars, worldwide earthquake, appearance of Christ in the sky, Christians raptured, wrath of God begins. (Rev 6:12-17)

11. America (end times Babylon) destroyed in a nuclear holocaust. (Rev 17:16-18:24)

12. Sealing of the 144,000 (Rev 7)

13. Seal 7: 7 Trumpet judgments. (Rev 8:1-6)

14. Trumpet 1: Horrific hail and fire, 1/3 of plants burned up. (Rev 8:7)

15. Trumpet 2: Meteorite/Volcano explodes in the ocean, 1/3 ships and sea life destroyed. (Rev 8:8,9)

16. Trumpet 3: Comet explodes on the earth, 1/3 of fresh water poisoned, many men die. (Rev 8:10,11)

17. Trumpet 4: 1/3 of sunlight removed. (Rev 8:12)

18. Trumpet 5: First woe—Demon locusts, men tortured. (Rev 8:13-9:12)

19. Trumpet 6: Second woe—Demon army, 1/3 of men die. (Rev 9:13-21)

20. Ministry of 2 witnesses ended. (Rev 11:1-13)

21. Trumpet 7: Third woe—7 Vial Judgments. (Rev 11:14-19)

22. Vial 1: Boils on men. (Rev 16:1,2)

23. Vial 2: Sea turned to blood. (Rev 16:3)

24. Vial 3: Freshwater turned to blood. (Rev 16:4-7)

25. Vial 4: Great heat. (Rev 16:8,9)

26. Vial 5: Darkness. (Rev 16:10,11)

27. Vial 6: Euphrates dries up. (Rev 16:12-16)

28. Vial 7: The Lord Jesus Christ and His saints return to the earth and defeat the antichrist and his armies at Armageddon with 100-pound hailstones. Great earthquake, every island and mountain destroyed, America the Babylon sinks under the ocean. (Rev 16:17-21, Rev 18:21, Jer 51:42)

29. Jesus is anointed as King of the World and the Millennium begins! (Rev 19)

So there it is, and guess what? These things will happen, God’s Word is 100% accurate and these events will occur whether you believe it or not. Now some may say that is just your interpretation. Well I say get the Bible out, and look up the verses, and you can see these things for yourself. BTW the majority of Bible believers all agree that these are the things that will occur. Some differ in the timing, but most agree they will occur.

Now let’s consider when these things might begin to come to pass. I have put a lot of time, research, and prayer in trying to discern when these things may begin, and my studies have led me to believe that the most likely year for these things to start in earnest is the fall of 2012, with Christ returning to the earth at Armageddon in late 2016. You can see the posts entitled The 2016 Files at the side link for more info. (Note: if these premises are true then the 70th week began in the fall of 2009.)

If 2016 will be the year of The Second Coming, here is how I see things happening; WWIII will most likely start on 11/23/12 (Note: The latest it could start for a 2016 Second Coming would be 1/21/13), followed by the collapse of the economies and a worldwide pandemic. 91 days after the start of WWIII on 2/21/13 the antichrist will come on the scene and solve the world’s problems and institute a peace treaty and perform the Abomination of Desolation. The Two Witnesses will begin their ministry on 3/26/13. On 4/22/13 the antichrist will take over the world, and institute a worldwide “mark of the beast” cashless monetary system. This will be followed by a worldwide persecution of Jews and Christians. All those with faith in Christ will be delivered from the persecution via the rapture at the Sixth Seal/Planet X Nibiru event, which will occur 2013-15. Will 2012 be the year all of this starts in earnest? Will 11/23/12 be the start date of WWIII and will that day live in infamy as “Black Friday” for all the deaths that will eventually be the result? Or will it start in the fall of 2017 or the fall thereafter? As I have stated many times before, I do not know for sure, and I could be wrong, but after looking at all the data that is how it is shaping up to me—the fall of 2012. When will we know for sure? When it happens, but then it will be too late to do anything about it—it is a trap. “For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.” Lk 21:35 Will we have another year or will it start in 2012? Time will tell.
