Such a statement is the epitome of superstition, ignorance and paranoia and expressed as fear porn.
If that were true then why did God reward the homosexual activities of the ancient Greeks with Alexander the Great? Who single handedly with his superior war tactics, created one the largest empires that has ever existed. Or how about the Spartan 300. 300 gays against the millions strong Persian army, it’s one of the most famous battles of all time. God rewards homosexuality with fame as a punishment? Is that what you are claiming?
The bible claims God can be beaten by chariots of iron, (Judges 1.19) so with our modern technology God is made impotent. I mean if God can be beaten by chariots of iron, it must be completely impotent against our modern tanks.
The he is Judah, not God.. Goo was with Judah and allowed Judah to defeat some, but not all. Judah could not drive them out, he is the he in the reference. There is a reason for that semi colon in that scripture.

The semi colon is there to separate – it was Judah who could not drive the inhabitants out, even though God was with him.
