Is Christ’s Return Imminent? - Part 1

Although there are men and women who are so audacious as to make known (their guess) the exact date of the end of the world we must not be taken in by these types. The ones voicing such predictions have many reasons for their actions. Either their greed for wealth, power over the minds of men and women, fulfillment of sexual desires sets forth but a few of their misguided reasons.
Matthew 24: 36″No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
Although no one knows the actual time of the end of the world is to come we are instructed to be ready all the time.
Matthew 24: 32″Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door.
The question is, are we “right at the door?”
Only God knows the answer, but we may be closer than you realize.
As Jesus sat upon the Mount of Olives His disciples came to Him asking for the time upon which the end would come.
Matthew 26: 3As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”
The answer given is difficult to understand.
You may ask, ‘Why.’
This is addressed in Romans.
Romans 8: 7the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.
It is man’s human nature to sin and not want to submit to the type of laws that God has delivered to him. Unless men change their rebellious ways the end, although imminent, will be in God’s time, not man’s.
When Christ does return he will change the human nature of men and women and stop the deception wrought upon man at the time of this sermon. Currently the whole world is deceived and this includes many of the religious leaders. There are but a few that have their human natures changed by their denying sin to rule their lives.
Revelation 12: 9The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
Satan roams this world seeking to devour many souls. This devouring can be seen as deceiving through the many man made doctrines imposed on worshippers by the many religions claiming to be Christian yet are not! It is only when men are prepared to submit to God by surrendering to His will that He will return.
If Christ does return before too long it will be that He has determined that man just cannot rule in accordance to His will. It will be His imposition of His will upon mankind that will radically allow a change to men’s thinking that will allow proper rule by Jesus Himself as set forth in God’s Word.
Hebrews 2: 7You made him a little lower than the angels; you crowned him with glory and honor 8 and put everything under his feet.” In putting everything under him, God left nothing that is not subject to him. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to him.
This means that Christ will judge atheists, Hindus, Catholics, Protestants, Muslims and all of humanity as He sits in judgment of all.
Most of the religious men that preach what they pass off as ‘Christianity’ are themselves, confused. They preach their own thoughts instead of God’s Word. In doing so the message God has set forth is rejected and many people, thinking they are being taught truth are deceived!
Matthew 24: 4Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ, and will deceive many.
The failure of men that claim to teach true Christianity lies in their failure to understand that Matthew 24 is one of the most prophetic messages Christ gave while here on earth. Although they continually preach of the Person of Christ they fail in preaching Christ’s message set forth in Matthew.
Christ taught of the wars, famines, pestilence and natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, etc) that lead up to the sign of His second coming.
Matthew 24: 6You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the beginning of birth pains.
Many claim that the current wars and calamities are those spoken of but fail to see that there are far worse terrors ahead. I fear the wars to come will be ever increasing in violence and destruction thereby hastening Christ’s return.
Brothers and sisters this will be but the beginning of the sorrows we must face. There will be thousands of so-called Christians (lukewarm) killed or hated. We must prepare ourselves physically and most of all, spiritually as we are truly the hated Christians.
Matthew 24: 9″Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,
Believe you when I say, earthly death, however set upon you, will be far less severe than spiritual death. Pain and anguish of our earthly bodies can last only a short while. Paradise is forever! You must prepare your hearts as well as your minds.
Many false prophets, both religious as well as secular will deceive and be the persecutors as they are led by Satan!
Matthew 24: 10At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.
You and I are among those that are hated and this is sad. However those that are among the lukewarm and weak of faith will be subjected to persecution as well. They will fall from grace.
Matthew 24: 12Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.
When love grows cold it doesn’t do that instantly. It starts out hot, gets warm then lukewarm. This is the stage where so many begin to turn on the righteous and wickedly attack them. I am very aware of the ‘lukewarm’ stage as I have had ‘friends’ that had been ordained but began to preach ‘Christianity’ in such a manner so as to entertain their congregations instead of teaching them truth. When I continued to preach God’s Good News and the need of repentance these same ‘friends’ became cold to me and even began to speak out against the very Christianity I preach.
The ‘saved’ spoken of is not the ‘saved’ so many claim to be possessed of. The truly saved are those that have truly repented to God and from the wickedness of men.
I ask each of you to remain strong in your faith, do not fall prey to any that would teach you anything not in God’s Word. Have any that seek to teach you prove every lesson taught with Bible proof!
In ensuing sermons I will continue to give you my interpretation of the question raised in this sermons title. That title being, “Is Christ’s Return Imminent?”

Heavenly Father, Lord of all, please hear our prayer. Father, we praise You and lift out hearts to You. You are the focus of our worship and our devotion. We are Your children and pray that You will keep us strong and not allow any of us to falter in our belief of You. We also ask that the many true believers in the world be strengthened by You as the El Gibbor.
You have given us Your Word, which is our Bible and we thank You for doing so. It is with faith that we stand firm on Your Word against those that speak out against us or even seek to cause us harm. Be with us O Lord and protect us with Your Mighty Power.
Lord, we ask that we be kept hot in our faith and love for You and never fail You in the slightest way. You are our God and there is no other.
These things we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Your Son, and the Holy Spirit who are One with You and the Holy Spirit forever and ever,

Christ’s return is NOT imminent for a third temple must be built before he returns (Daniel 11:30, Matthew 24:15).

The 6th and 7th Seals are the wrath of God. The 5th Seal is God’s punishment on the House of Israel and the House of Judah, not mankind. Both houses will be taken into captivity and only 10% will remain alive and walk to Jerusalem in the 2nd exodus.

No, you’re wrong here. I don’t know who taught you this but they taught you wrong here… The “Tribulation” in Revelation is not a literal 7 year period. It started in Daniel’s time, when Babylon took Israel captive. Take a look at all of the judgments which are described in Revelation and compare them to the times since Daniel’s days. Compare them to the world around you and see that these judgments have been getting poured out for a very long time already.
The Seals, Vials and Trumpets are all the wrath of God being poured out without mixture upon the whole earth; these are the consequences for the exceeding wickedness of humanity; the fruits of all of our labor throughout all of our generations; the judgments for our iniquities as a species(trampling, neglecting, ignoring, covering and breaking of His Law). These 7 years correspond to 7 days. The seven day creation week to be specific. There are 3 dimensions and depths to “time”, Solomon made this clear to us when he said: “The thing that has been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it has been already of old time, WHICH WAS BEFORE US.”
Time for the earth is broken down into ages, each age corresponding to a single day in the creation week.
There is an evening and a morning to each day; there is darkness before there is light to each age.
The age of the Garden was the 3rd day, day 4 was up until the flood, day 5 was up until the days of Daniel, Day 6 is where we are today and day 7 is the Sabbath of rest for the earth which is still to come. The return of Yeshua is indeed a spiritual return which ushers in the 7th age of the earth. The day which comes when the mystery of God is finished, when sin has been destroyed by the brightness of His coming and when all of man’s wicked systems have been destroyed, when those who are just will be just and those who are unjust will continue in their error and all consequences have been distributed, all rewards have been received. Those who live according the Life and Truth will be spared in the day of judgment(this 6th day which we have been in for quite some time) and those who receive the Light in this time will be those who share in that Rest still to come, the rest will be wiped out by the consequences of their own wickedness. Today the world is completely shrouded in darkness and the day of His reign is upon us, for His Light is about to shine in the darkness and those who love the dark will be consumed by the brightness of His coming, the day of Rest is truly near for the earth is about to enter into the age of Rest. We are given the prophecies so that we can see what time it is in the earth and according to the prophecies and how they apply to the things which are taking place and have taken place in the earth, we know that the sun is going down on day 6 and the moon and stars do not give off their Light, the Truth which is poured out by the Spirit of Truth is about to take hold on the earth and the contrast between the Light of the Truth and the darkness of this world will be so great that the darkness will be destroyed by the Light of the Truth; the brightness of His coming, when He comes in the Glory of His Father and with all of the angels to reward every man according to HIS WORKS.
There are 7 each of the seals, vials and trumpets. Just as there are 7 days each to the week and 7 ages to the earth and creation. You would do well to apply this concept of time to your studies in prophecy, many prophecies tell of the entire history of creation(told from the perspective of Past, Present and Future) though they are commonly misinterpreted to apply only to a specific point in it.
Those who follow the Truth remember to keep the Sabbath because it points to the time when the Truth returns to govern the whole earth as it was intended from the very beginning; the Truth is God’s eternal Law which He wrote on blue stones with His own finger, though not the stones or the letters themselves but the essence and depth of meaning to the words which were written; the Spirit by which all Life is sustained and by which all things were formed.
Does this make sense to you?

We are in the final generation and in the season of the Second Coming, but it is not imminent, much has to come first. Concerning the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ (the rapture), the apostle Paul said in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 to not let any man deceive you in any way, for that day (the rapture) will not come until there comes a falling away FIRST and the Antichrist is revealed. So Paul said that the Antichrist will come first and then the Day of Jesus Christ, or rapture, comes after that. So here’s a BIG clue: the Antichrist has to come first.
Here is how and when we will know the Second Coming is right at the door, or truly imminent:
There are 3 woes in the Book of Revelation (REV 8:13). In the 1st woe, which lasts 5 months, Abaddon, or the Destroyer (REV 9:11), comes on the scene. During the first woe, no one dies, though many will wish they could (see REV 9:6). But many, many, many will die in the 2nd and 3rd woes (Trumpets 6 and 7). There are 4 angels bound right now at the Euphrates river. When they are loosed, they will kill a third of all mankind (see REV 9:14-15, this is during the time of the second woe). The 2nd woe consists of the 1260 day (REV 11:3) ministry of the two who are one. Their 1260 days coincides with the 1260 days of the Antichrist (Mr. 666). Then at the conclusion of the 1260 days of the two witnesses, at the conclusion of the 2nd woe, the 3rd woe will come quickly thereafter (REV 11:14). The 3rd woe occurs simultaneously with, and in concert with, the Second Coming. It is at the conclusion of the 2nd woe that the 3rd woe/Second Coming will be truly imminent, right at the door (Matthew 24:33).
At the advent of the 3rd woe, at the sounding of the 7th trumpet (REV 11:15), there will be “a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great” (REV 16:18). And Christ will come riding on the clouds (REV 1:7) in a more than awesome burst of power and glory to set up the eternal kingdom of God at the glorious conclusion and climatic and cataclysmic exclamation point at the end of the age known as the Second Coming of Christ. Amen.

The Antichrist has already come, the Antichrist is not a specific man exactly(though a specific man is responsible for the start of Antichrist; the liar Paul). The Antichrist is the religion and doctrine established by the words and letters of the liar Paul and his followers, the system by which all the earth is enslaved and delivered into bondage which comes from the teachings and doctrines of the liar Paul and his followers. The “church” as any self professed false claiming “christians” would call it. The Antichrist is the system of power, authority, belief, law, government, ownership, control etc which is already current and Christ is the message which frees all of us from those things; the Law. The Antichrist(beast and his image) is this time of darkness before there is light in this the 6th age of the earth, a time which has been totally initiated by the liar Paul and his wicked, heathen followers the pharisees. Christ and His followers are the Light that is still to come which will defeat the darkness and usher in the age of Rest for the earth(His thousand year reign). The message of “forget Paul, turn to the Law” is that Truth which will destroy everything that the devil has built to this point and truly make all of the earth free; the wicked spirit of humanity IS the devil by the way.
And when did Paul set himself up as God in the Temple in the abomination of desolation?
Galatians chapter 1:
8 But though we, or AN ANGEL FROM HEAVEN, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be cursed.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be cursed.
Paul placed himself above even the Throne of the Most High with his statement here, the angels of heaven take their orders from the Throne. Paul, by his own authority, said that he was higher than the Most High. This is not the only place where Paul exalted himself above the Throne, but it is a pretty obvious one. Paul was not “bold” as his worshipers say he was, he was boastful, arrogant and deceitful; Antichrist.
In Matthew 24, Jesus outlined the things that would occur in the final generation, one of which was the abomination of desolation. Since Paul was not a member of the final generation, he could not, and did not, fulfill this prophecy.
We might read a bit differently, AlmostOver, you and i. Galations 1:8 just gobbled up an interesting hour for me; thank you. I don’t get that Paul was placing himself at any height whatsoever.
I contend that the first three words of this passage are to be taken quite literally. The Word is using an odd conjunctive pairing to convey an exception to what is obvious. But (G235); Though (G 2532 & 1437)

I see a post of yours, AlmostOver, at the bottom of this thread dated some 16hrs after my question. So i’ll just go ahead with my counterpoint.
Did not Paul then remind people immediately, and, repeat exactly what he meant? Contextually Gal 1:9 supports my understanding of Gal 1:8.
What other evidence do you have that Paul remained a Pharisee? Because your current argument doesn’t cut the mustard.
ps, i work for a living and you’ll have to excuse the length of time it takes me to reply and be assured that this length of time is influenced by diligent study on my part.
Again, I must reiterate that in prophecy, almost nothing means the literal of what it says, these things have to be spiritually discerned. He could not possibly be talking about a literal generation because if He was then how do you explain the presence of 3-4 generations existing simultaneously? Some children are fortunate enough even today to be able to have a relationship with their GREAT GRANDPARENTS before they go to sleep, that is 4 generations together at the same time, but this is not what Yeshua meant when He referred to the “last generation”. He was referring to ALL those which came from the time of His resurrection to the time of His return.
All this means that the disciples, and popes and founding fathers of the US and even we are all in the same SPIRITUAL generation as far as time is concerned and this is because we are in the same AGE… the 6th age has not come to a head just yet, the sun is setting on the 6th age but it’s not over yet.
Paul indeed fits the description, in the days immediately after the resurrection Paul managed to kill off almost all of the true followers of Yeshua and then he infiltrated the camp and took over things steering the “faith” in the direction he wanted it to go. He is truly the “father” of the christian religion because he is the one who organized and established it. The christian religion is not at all of “christ” it is Antichrist instead. Everything that Yeshua stood for has been trampled on and covered up by the traditions and teachings of the christian religion which was form and fathered by the liar Paul.
I just realized, there is no point to explaining these things to you, they are not necessary for salvation and the disagreements only lead to strife and discord. Turn back to the Law, extend and apply the Law to ALL creation, live accordingly, meditate on it day and night and forget all this other crap which is not necessary for salvation. The understanding of the deeper things will be revealed to you as you draw closer to Him by walking in His Law.(commandments; 10 principles of Life)
Again, I must reiterate that in prophecy, nothing is anything but the imagination of some loser..

When it is actually the time for the return of Jesus Christ to this earth as King of kings, you will not be guessing, you will be praying for it because your life will depend upon it. The suffering, if you live that long, will be so horrendous it will make some insane. America alone will lose 100 million to famine and disease, another 100 million to war (that war coming on our land) the remaining 100 million will be taken captive and shipped to Europe and around the world as slaves.
From the beginning of the 5th Seal until Christ returns is 3 1/2 years. This is also call the Time of Jacob’s Trouble. You better study, you need to know who is Jacob? He is not a Jew.
By the end of the Battle of that Great Day of God Almighty, 90% of the population of this earth will have perished. Read Ezekiel chapters 5 & 6 just to start.
In your prayer, you asked that your belief falter not. Do a study on meekness, that is what you must pray for, remember the meek shall inherit the earth. The meek completely surrender their will to the will of God the Father just as Christ did as an example for us.

It’s not hostile to have better morals. The biblical deity is into racism, sexism, homophobia, slavery, genocide, rape, infinite punishment for piffling misnomers, and disgusting blood sacrifices including human ones. Nope, you’re wrong about that, the wicked hard headed and hard hearted self righteous religious hypocrites are the ones who are into all of those things. The “biblical deity” is into Life and Love and the keeping of the Law.
He says that He is not pleased with sacrifice and that mercy and judgement are preferred. He also says that He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked but it is by and of their wickedness that they perish, He says that they don’t have to perish if only they would open their ears and their hearts to His Law and walk in it they would live and the consequences for their previous missteps would be totally avoided but He also says that if they turn to righteousness then then back to wickedness that a worse thing will come upon them than what they had when they turned to righteousness in the first place. The pharisees brought to Him a whore caught in the act of adultery and they wanted Him to kill her for her sins, rather than condemn her He said “which one of you is without sin that you may condemn this girl? If any one of you think yourself perfect, go ahead and cast a stone at her, I dare you, I double dare you.” He knew that in the act of taking her life, anyone who casts a stone would be guilty of murder and He was the Author of the Law in the first place… not only that but the fact that they desired to kill her for her adultery was quite hypocritical. LMAO
The Love of the Father has been twisted and distorted by those who falsely claim to know Him and to be His people for all of time, it is only by living according to the Law by which all of creation has been established and formed – His Word – that we can ever hope to come to understand His Love, yea, by living according to these principles Love enters into us and we begin to spread it to all creation. Love does not seek to condemn neither does it tear down or destroy, rather it builds up and makes whole those things which are broken. Stop going by what the false claiming holy men speak and just listen to the Word of the Father(commandments) because in it dwells no corrupt or wicked thing. To live by these 10 principles is to know Love and to experience Life because all life was built on the Love contained in them.
That’s a great comment. If more Christians focused on actually living the principles & teachings of Christ instead of judging others & preaching to them, they would be far more effective. Teach by example & focus on the log in your own eye, before condemning your neighbour for the splinter in his. More compassion, introspection & acceptance, less dogmatism & arguing about interpretations. Focus on the core of His Teachings & Seek to Embody them.
Also have Respect for other people’s beliefs & faiths. You have no ability to judge them (unless they break the Golden Rule). Jesus saying people only get to Heaven Through Him has been gravely misinterpreted in my humble opinion. To me, he meant that only the Truly Pure of Heart, those who live a life guided by the highest principles & virtues of Spirit put into practice, developed, will be able to enter Heaven, not that ONLY Christian church-goers will. That’s taking it from a great timeless truth teaching to a controlling cult.. I do not identiy as Christian, at all, yet I have a personal, intimate & profound relationship with Christ.
Many people do not understand who Yeshua is. Yeshua is the embodiment of the Law. That very same Law by which all of creation was made; That Word; was made flesh and dwelt with us according to His beloved disciple. What this means is that no one can be connected to or in tune with the Father except through living according to those principles which make up “the Law”; the Law is the only way to connect to our Father. This is great and truly liberating news because this Law is eternal, there are no boundaries to it’s application and extension. There are no cults, sects, religions, cultures etc etc which hold an exclusive right to this Law because this Law is what all of creation is built on; this Law predates those things and transcends them as well. People of all backgrounds can find Life, Love, Health, Rest and Peace through living according to these principles and the more these principles are applied to the lives of the souls which acknowledges them, the more the character of that soul reflects the character of our Father.
This is who “christ” is, “christ” is the Law in human form; the fulfilling of the Law in Spirit and in Truth.
Those who experience this Law by applying these principles to the moments of their lives discover just how free this Law can make all creatures if all creature would go back to living according to these principles.

Hogwash, the earth is far greater than 6000 years old, 1000 years in prophecy does not represent a literal 1000 years just like everything else in prophecy does not represent the literal interpretation. 1000 years in prophecy is an AGE which is greater than 1000 literal years.

Have you forgotten that after the resurrection, not even His own brothers who came from the same womb recognized Him physically? May so called “Christians” claim that everything changed when He went to the cross and that HE was the one who changed but they forget this simple testimony by His beloved disciple which says that they didn’t know who He was until He spoke and they knew Him by His WORD(which was consistent and never changed).

The commandments apply to all creation, not just self worshiping egotistical wicked humans. We are all related to all things which have come from the Father, for our Father is their Father too! The Law of Life applies to all Life and to all the living, for the very same Father of all Life is the Father of the living. We must humble ourselves enough to recognize this truth before we can ever hope to be lifted up and established by His Spirit.

Very good question, have you ever observed animals to be able to see the answers to this question? How about plants?
We must keep in mind that our sin(deviation from the Law that all creation was founded upon) does not only effect us(humans) but also all the creatures that dwell with us in this home we call “Earth”. Our sin has gotten so great that we have forced it and it’s consequences upon all the children of our Father, because of this we have made them corrupt as we are corrupt in many ways. All things were made by the Creator to live according to the principles by which all things were made and when He made it He saw that it was good. In this day and this age, the Creator looks upon us and He is vexed in His Spirit because of the darkness which engulfs this earth – darkness that is caused by our shrouding of the Light.(Truth; Law; Word etc). We must have a spiritual understanding of this truth when we observe nature in this age that we live in.
There are additional things which must be fulfilled before the Second Coming, but they will be, all in due time. The timetable has been “written in the stars” in that many astronomical clues have been given in the Bible – there are very specific times when the sun, moon, and planets move into positions that act out what has been described in the Bible. There was a message that was carried from place to place around the time that the common era came to be and it was stamped out by the roman government and the religious jews so that those corrupt powers would not lose their authority, control and domination over the lives of the common folk. It was a message of freedom, balance, love, life, peace, harmony and forgiveness; restoration of the relationship between the Creator and creation. This message will return soon and it will sweep over the entire earth as lightening that shines from the west all the way to the east; sin and evil will be destroyed by the brightness of this Light, death and “hell” will be defeated.
