Happy-end for Russian parents: court rules to return their baby-boy

A court in Sacramento, California, has ruled to return the five month baby-boy to his parents – Anna and Alex Nikolaev, the Russian couple residing in Sacramento. On Tuesday, the baby boy will be brought to the medical center of the Stanford University for final diagnosis.
The social security agencies of California took the boy from the family claiming that his parents did not look after him properly. The boy’s mother Anna Nikolayeva is a US citizen. The boy’s father Alex Nikolayev has Russian citizenship. Their 5 months old Sammy has not been granted citizenship yet.
The family reunion became possible thanks to the prejudicial agreement signed between the family’s lawyers, judges and representatives of the Child Protective Service of California. This service agreed that the ruling on taking the boy from his parents could be withdrawn.
Such prejudicial agreements are usually signed if one of the parties of the conflict is not confident enough that they would be able to protect their position in court. In this case it was this Child Protective Service which happened to be this party. From the court’s building Sammy’s parents went directly to the hospital to see their son.
“We think this is our victory over an absolutely unfair decision”, Anna Nikolayeva says.
This strange story started on April 22. The family brought their kid for a routine flu checkup to Sutter Memorial clinic. The doctors unexpectedly claimed that the child needed urgent heart surgery. Sammy’s parents said they had known about his heart murmur since he was born, and the child was seeing a cardiologist every two weeks but no surgery had ever been discussed.
So the parents took the boy to a different clinic, Kaiser Permanente, for the second opinion which didn’t please Sutter Memorial cardiologists at all. Next day, the local Child Protective Service accompanied by police came to Nikolaev’s house and took the boy from his parents placing him in the care of Sutter Memorial.
The family’s lawyer Joe Weinberger said that the social service had made a huge mistake and after that it was trying to shift the blame on the boy’s parents who were not guilty at all.
But this is not the end. Under the prejudicial agreement the boy is to be brought to the medical center of Stanford University, which has one of the best child care clinics in the US.
Its doctors are to define the final diagnosis and to decide whether the child needs a heart surgery. The parents are not allowed to take the child from the hospital without doctors’ permission but they can stay with the boy during the whole period of the medical checkup.
When Sammy returns home the workers of the Child Protective Service will come to see him and check his condition for almost one month. On May 28, the Juvenile court is to hold a session on which the final decision about the end of the supervision is to be taken.

How can you claim a happy end, when the final court hearing hasn’t taken place yet?
A Happy end?
The parents had their child stolen from them so a doctor could “TRY” to profit. This story does not cover the father being assaulted in his front yard by police. After that they stole his house keys. Broke into his house and physically assaulted both the infant and mother by ripping the child from the mother’s arms.
Horrible. NAZI police that should have been shot by the father. The right of a citizen to defend the home against a governmental power is our basic freedom
However this has been occurring for some time. Only now does it garner attention because of the immigrants status.
You see the government and the media does not care about natural U.S. citizens. They are for stealing land and heritage from in an effort to “try” and profit.
Had this been a citizen it would have been posted on the television in cops or something for further profits. At no time has the government ever defended a real citizens right to exist without their suppression. That is part of the brain washing that make the U.S. citizen such pathetic cowards and such blind sheep.
Do nothing today but sit in your chair.
Do not destroy any cameras to fight any tyranny.
