Jesus suffered God’s wrath on the Cross on our behalf by the Shedding of his Precious Blood and Body at the Cross of Cavalry so that our Sins can be forgiven.
An exchange took place at the Cross 2000 years ago when Jesus carried and took all the sins of the world upon himself as the Son of God. He took our sins and in an exchange , He gave to us His righteousness as an inheritance. God is Righteous and the Bible says the penalty of sin is spiritual death. Jesus paid the price for our Salvation.

obviously you believe in an immortal soul. If so how can Christ give us the GIFT of eternal life if we already have it? Why would God the Father put immortal souls in a burning fire? An Immortal has no flesh and blood, no nerve system. It is like the wind. What is the point?
Why would God punish a human for eternity? One that can not please God period?? And is created that way.?
Only those that refuse to obey God will be cast into the Lake of Fire and be burned back to dust.
There are three resurrections.
Why do these rich preachers never teach that Jesus said, “it will be easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to get into heaven”?
Good grief, he even brags about Rockefellers mansion.
But then he goes on to teach about the rich man in hell?
How can he say there is no such thing as reincarnation? Limiting Gods power over our souls?
The Bible is clear that there’s no such thing as reincarnation:
(Heb 9:27-28 NIV) Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, {28} so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
The gift from Jesus of eternal life is eternal life with Jesus in heaven. We’re spiritually dead when we are lost but we have spiritual life when we’re saved.
I have a great deal of respect for those open-minded enough to look past bad theology, bad doctrines, bad church experiences…etc enough to bravely ask “God Help Me…” – And he will NEVER refuse an honest heart’s call for help… and reveal his love, healing & mercy to you… but you must “accept” it as a free gift to enjoy it. So, here’s a few positive biblical insights to your questions:
1. “If so how can Christ give us the GIFT of eternal life if we already have it?” – Eternal life is with God in his home. It’s not a cloud like hollywood depicts. There is time passage in Heaven like on Earth and growth. But there is NOTHING to hurt, crush & destroy the dreams, hopes & FULL POTENTIAL of what God created you to be. In Heaven, you have an eternity of fun living to get it right and enjoy his warmth & forgiveness… contrary to depictions of him throwing lightning bolts… as I grew up believing.
2. “An Immortal has no flesh and blood, no nerve system. It is like the wind. What is the point?” Jesus prototyped our new bodies when he was resurrected… people could touch him and he was solid… when he desired to be. Our new bodies WILL operate differently with “LIGHT” replacing our blood in Heaven. But in Hell, there is NO LIGHT… and no blood or water… just fire & typical trash can residents. And the permanent indestructible form of our new bodies will FEEL EVERYTHING more so than our dull earthly bodies could. Remember, we were made in God’s image… just like children are made in their parent image with what they passed on to them.
3. On the topic of God punishing folks to Hell… exists great misunderstanding. Would you force somebody to live with you who HATES you? -Of course not. You would let them go. Well, ditto for God. Except, in the afterlife, there are no neighbors… just Hell where God has chosen NOT to live… No God… No Goodness. This was done to please those who want NOTHING to do with Him, Jesus Christ and his healing Holy Spirit.
Who would choose Hell for this reason? Plenty of folks! Sadly, like on Earth, you have a limited time to choose where to live in eternity… with God or not with God. If you are not sure… then you default to the “not with God” category.
ETERNITY IS YOUR CHOICE… Freewill… you send yourself to Heaven by loving & accepting Jesus Christ to “adopt” you into God’s house (Heaven). Or… you reject Jesus, adoption and stand before God as a “Stranger…”
Hint: There are no strangers in Heaven… just family!
“Hell” is the english translation of the hebrew SHEOL (pit,grave,abbyss) and the greek GEHENNA (GRAVE). The Word of God says that the soul that sins shall die. Nobody burns for eternity for that contradicts the mercy of God. You “hellfire” people are miserable and you serve God out of fear- not love. God wants us to obey out of love. You do good to your family right? WHY? For personal gain, or LOVE? God is explicitly clear: STUDY, COMPARE,SEARCH the Scriptures- READING is far different than STUDYING IN DEPTH! You need to READ to study, but dive deeper. Read in Matthew about the “pearl of great price”.
Everyone in hell burns for eternity. There’s no such thing as soul death. What really happens is spiritual death, just as becoming saved is referred to as eternal life when your soul lives forever anyway. The story Jesus told about the rich man in hell shows that he’s alive and suffering.
Why would a serial mass murderer, who’s only answer to every problem is death, including for little kids cheeking their elders by setting bears on them to maul them to death, worry about where you end up? It’s a nasty selfish jealous god who couldn’t care less about you. It’s only concern is how much fawning to itself you do.

Many ask if God is love, how can God cast anyone into hell forever?
This is how. Yes, God is a God of love, but God is also a God of justice. The Bible tells us that God will reward believers with eternal life in His kingdom and cast unbelievers into the lake of fire for eternity. One might say that even someone like Hitler would be punished enough after burning in the lake of fire for thousands or millions of years. One could make the argument that a just God could come up with some formula that would determine the length of time any individual spent burning in hell for the sins they committed in their life. However, if God did that, coming up with an equation to calculate the time someone would spend in torment based on the sins they committed in their earthly life, then to be fair, for those who are saved, God would have to come up with an equation to calculate the time they would partake in the glorious kingdom of God based upon whatever good they may have done in their life. In such a scenario, torment and rewards would be for a finite period of time and based upon works. However, this is not what God promises. God speaks about eternal damnation and eternal rewards. If you make the argument that a person who sinned doesn’t deserve eternal punishment, then that argument is counterbalanced by the fact that whatever good a person may have done in their lifetime doesn’t merit an eternal reward. So God balances the scale of justice by weighing eternal damnation on one side against eternal reward on the other. Whether we like it or not, what we will be dealing with in the afterlife is eternity.
I for one am glad that God hands out eternal sentences. Not because people will burn in the lake of fire forever, but because I can look forward to ruling and reigning with Jesus for all time to come.

The Bible is clear on the subject of hell. It is a place of eternal torment:
43 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:

The wicked do not burn forever. They do not have eternal life! Only the righteous do. YOU are very wrong here.
But the wicked will perish; the LORD’s enemies, like the glory of the pastures, will fade away — they will fade away like smoke. (Ps 37:20)
Rev. 20:10 mistranslated. It says “where the beast and false prophet are,” is misleading. Translators erroneously added the term “are.” It should read, “where the beast and false prophet were cast.”
The fire “not quenched” means it is burning while it has fuel. When that fuel is out the Bible says they will be ASHES under the soles of the saints.

The Bible is book about real places, people, and events. It’s historically accurate. Most of the New Testament books were written by eyewitnesses or those who talked to eyewitnesses. For example,
(Luke 1:1-4 NIV) Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, {2} just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word. {3} Therefore, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, it seemed good also to me to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, {4} so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught.
(2 Pet 1:16 NIV) We did not follow cleverly invented stories when we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

He’s mostly right but the Bible doesn’t say that 3 out of 4 people would reject the gospel. The parable of the sower talks about 4 different kinds of people. Jesus said,

It’s not a proper interpretation of scripture to say that in the parable of the ten virgins that the five with oil meant that they had the Holy Spirit.
There will be no sleeping in hell. You’ll be awake all the time. You won’t be hungry because you’ll be an eternal being. The rich man in hell said this,
(Luke 16:24p NIV) …’Father Abraham, ,,,send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’
There’s no indication from the Bible that people in hell will be tormented by other people or by demons.
Having said all that, the speaker is right in that hell is a real place of eternal torment. RC Sproul speculated once that maybe fire is mentioned about hell but in reality the punishment might be much worse than fire but fire is the worst thing we can imagine on earth.

Again, the WICKED DO NOT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. Only the righteous do. That eternal thing means they will be DEAD forever. They will not have eternal life. This is what is meant by ETERNAL DAMNATION.

Those that thump the bible are doing what they believe is God’s will. And i believe that they have the right intentions, until it comes to dissention. Most holy books provide for a god that turns people against one another, rather than unite them. Thus the wars in God’s name.
Evil is but a tiny fraction in the overall scheme of things. It is necessary, shall we say, EVIL, for man to have ‘free will’. This is a spiritual journey. A path to enlightenment. Your soul is energy. And there is energy at play. And the law of balance is always at work. Everything is balanced automatically through what may be perceived as ‘Karma’, etc. Through vibration, thus energy.
Life is literally what you make it. You can summon forces of good, and forces of evil , through ignorance, or bliss, conscious or unaware. They are there. the phantoms always roam the night. The Angels, the day. Just a simple TV show can summon an evil entity into your home. So always stay vigilant. Elements are always in action.
My friends we can change the frequency of the world if we all focus on the one thing that unites every single one of us…Love. It is a vibration. Right now our earth is wobbling, but our collective minds can free this earth from its wobble if we all focus on the vibration of love. Think! Think! Think! Wake up! Do not feed the beast with hate, but fill it with love, and change the vibration. If we all do this we can change the future.

You can tell from his sermon that he’s never been to a seminary. He makes a lot of mistakes in interpreting scripture. I wonder if he even uses Bible commentaries when he prepares a sermon.
For those of you who believe God is bad for all the killings he authorized in the Old Testament… I once had a hard time understanding that too. Starting in Genesis 6, the Fallen Angels of Heaven (Satan) had sex with Earth women, polluted the Human Gene Pool (that once reflected God’s image) with half human & half hellish dna. Why? To stop God from send the Messiah Jesus Christ through the virgin Mary later.
All those folks killed throughout the Old Testament were human hybrids, evil, dark, bent on anger, hate, war and sinning. They were Giants called the Nephilim. And left unchallenged, the human race would have been entirely condemned to eternal Hell. But God made a way by standing up; fighting; killing and defending his faithful children from the wolves of Hell out ot destroy them… God is wild, but good. God cannot be tamed. God is loving, gentle and healing. But God is also NOBODY to mess with when it comes to his HUMAN KIDS…
