That is the question everyone wants the answer to; when will the rapture occur? Are you ready for the answer? I do not know, but I do know the rapture will occur in the time period between the midpoint of the 70
thweek and the Second Coming. Are there any events that we can look for that might let us know that we are getting near the midpoint and thus entering into the period of time in which the rapture could occur? Yes, there are several events that we can look for.
WWIIIWe have talked about the purpose of WWIII, to destroy the old world order and usher in the new world order and the antichrist, thus the beginning of WWIII (Seal 2) would be a definite indication that we are nearing the period of time in which the rapture could occur. Can we assign a possible start date for WWIII? Yes. Remember what former Illuminati satanist, Doc Marquis said, “once World War III begins the antichrist will arise on the world scene in 13 weeks (91 days).” From our chronology discussions above we determined that the antichrist would most likely perform the Abomination of Desolation 1200 days after the beginning of the 70
th Week. 1200 days minus 91 days (inclusive) leaves us with 1110 days (inclusive). Remember 1110 is a number associated with the dollar bill—1776 = 1110 + 666. Is this a clue that WWIII will start 1110 days after the beginning of the 70
th week and that the antichrist, #666, will arrive on the scene 91 days later? I am not sure, but I see day 1110 as a most probable last date that WWIII could begin.
[1]But I also realize that WWIII could start before day 1110, and maybe day 1110 will involve some other prophetically important event, such as the signing of the peace treaty. Here is a chart listing the possible start dates of the 70
thWeek and their respective day 1110 dates.
If this scenario plays out then after the 91 day period the antichrist will arise bringing peace to the world, and then on day 1200 he will perform the Abomination of Desolation. He will then take over the world on day 1260 and rule from
Jerusalem. Then a short time after that the false peace that he brought to the world breaks down, WWIII is reignited eventually culminating in the Day of the Lord and the rapture. Thus WWIII will be a definitive sign that we are nearing the time of the rapture.
The Two Witnesses
Another event that will let us know that we are nearing the time of the rapture regards the two witnesses. The two witnesses, discussed earlier in this book, have an important role to play in the end times and the span of their ministry provides us with another end times chronological parameter. Their ministry is described in Rev 11:3-15.
And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and
Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Many over the years have debated their identity. My study of scripture has led me to believe that they may be Elijah and the apostle John, though I am not dogmatic about that.
Elijah is the prophet who is to return to earth before the Lord returns (Mal 4:5,6), and John was told that he was to prophesy again (Rev 10:11). These two witnesses, whoever they are, will prophesy and proclaim God’s message of salvation and repentance to the world from
Jerusalem. They will also have power, like Moses before Pharaoh, to inflict the world with many judgments.
The timing of their ministry has also been debated. However if you look to the end of Revelation 11, you will notice that right after the witnesses die and are resurrected, the second woe is past. The three woes are the last three trumpet judgments. Thus, their work on earth ends between the 6thand 7th trumpet judgment near the end of the 70th Week. This would place the start of their ministry near the midpoint.
Jewish tradition places the return of Elijah to occur during a Passover Seder.
[2]So if that tradition has merit and Elijah is one of the two witnesses then their 1,260-day ministry may start on the feast of Passover after the Abomination of Desolation near the midpoint and continue for 1260 days. Thus the event of the appearance of the Two Witnesses will be another definite sign that the time period in which the rapture is to occur is near.
We have identified two definite events that let us know that the time period in which the rapture will occur is near, WWIII and the appearance of the Two Witnesses. Is there any prophetic data that may specifically point to the years or years in which this time period may occur? Yes, I believe there is.
The Star of David Planetary AlignmentsAn event that may be pointing us to when this time period may be near is the 13
th Star of David alignment. I believe God in His infinite wisdom, power, and grace has placed celestial sign markers in the heavens that point to and correspond to significant prophetic events. An example of this is the famous star of
Bethlehem—a celestial sign to the world of the birth of Christ. (For a fascinating and thorough explanation of this celestial event I recommend viewing the DVD,

Celestial researcher Luis Vega has documented a special alignment of the planets that he calls the Star of David planetary alignment. It occurs when certain planets form a geometric configuration of “2 interlocking triangles that have 6 equidistant points within a 360 degree circle. One triangle is facing up & the other facing down in a 2-dimensional aspect ratio.”
Mr. Vega has identified that 12 of these alignments have occurred since 1990 and a 13th will begin on July 22, 2013, and another will not occur for at least 100 years. He has also identified that the last 12 have had significant “troublous” events occur after their appearance. I would highly recommend reading his research and viewing his diagrams at these links.
As a result of his studies he made the following conclusions;
The Star of David alignments appear to have definite numerical patterns with corresponding symmetry to other Star of David alignments & with Total Lunar Eclipses. There are 13 Star of David planetary alignments that occur since 1990. The 13th Star of David alignment will be the ‘last one’ leading up to the Tetrad of 2014-2015. Like the Total Solar Eclipses on the 1st of Av that occurred in 2008, 2009 & 2010 that starting the ‘countdown’ to the 7 year Solar-Lunar pattern, it appears that this same principle or ‘astronomical law’ is also at work with the Star of David alignment pattern leading to some sort of a cosmic countdown.
Perhaps it is like a celestial drum-roll that could be corresponding to the ‘labor pains’ that Jesus Christ warned about would characterize the Last Days before His Return. According to a generic description of a woman’s labor pains, the contractions become more intense & closer together in terms of frequency. It just so happens that the Star of David alignment pattern in the Heavens likewise has an increase in frequency leading up to singular one right before the Tetrad of 2014-15. This is assuming that the Tetrad of 2014-15 is when the LORD will focus back on national
Israel& could very well be within the Tribulation Period as prophesized in Daniel 9.
Perhaps the Rapture of the Bride of Christ might possibly be connected to such a unique pattern of the Star of David alignments from 1990 to 2013; they do appear to be a plausible ‘Signs’. Maybe they are signaling something prophetic that is to be ‘birthed’. Perhaps we are entering into a time where there will be a ‘birthing’ of multiple prophetic events in these Last Days. Will the Rapture be one of them?
Those are some interesting conclusions and thoughts; as already mentioned and documented in his article, he believes these Star of David alignments signal troublous times, have a “birth pang” connection, and that the 13th will have significant prophetic implications. Thus the 13th alignment beginning on 7/22/13 may be a very important prophetic time marker. With those ideas in mind let’s consider some other pieces of prophetic data.
2014/2015 Lunar and Solar Eclipses
In 2014 and 2015 there will be 4 blood moon total lunar eclipses all falling on feast days.
1. Passover, April 15, 2014
2. Tabernacles October 8, 2014
3. Passover, April 4, 2015
4. Tabernacles, September 28, 2015
What is significant about this? A tetrad of lunar eclipses on feast days has only occurred two times in the last 500 years; 1949/50, and 1967/68. During each of those tetrads of total eclipses
Israelwas at war.
Though Israel was declared an independent state sixty years ago in 1948, the war with its neighbors began after its first day and lasted for a year. Therefore, the first lunar eclipse of 1949 occurred during this war for the establishment of
Israel. The next tetrad began on Passover 1967, which was just six weeks before the Six-Day-War. Therefore, these two significant wars of
Israel were covered by each tetrad period.
[3]The time before those tetrads of eclipses on feast days was in 1493/4. In 1492 the Jews were kicked out of
Spain. Another interesting fact is that all of these tetrads occurred in Hebrew “pregnant years” or years with 13 months. These facts lead us to wonder if the upcoming tetrad is a sign from God that something significant will occur in 2014/15 in regards to
Israel? Will they be involved in another major war at that time, possibly even the end times war with the antichrist, when
Israel is surrounded by armies and has to flee into the wilderness?
And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in
Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. (Luke 21:20-21)
This is something to ponder and watch for. There is something else involving eclipses that is of significance around this time. There are two solar eclipses that align on significant dates.
1. Adar 29/Nisan 1 (Beginning of the religious calendar): March 20-21, 2015 Total eclipse
2. Rosh Hashanah: September 14, 2015 | September 13, 2015 Partial eclipse
You have the religious year beginning with the total solar eclipse, two weeks later a total lunar eclipse on Passover, and then the civil year beginning with the solar eclipse followed two weeks later by another total blood red moon on the Feast of Succoth all in 2015.[4]
Again, what do all these celestial occurrences mean? Are they signs for us from God that this will be the time when Jews and Christians will be persecuted? Are these eclipses related in some way to the rapture? We will have to wait and see, but if the time of the first lunar eclipse on Passover April 15, 2014 is near the time when
Israel is to be at war with the antichrist, that would imply April 2014 to be near the midpoint of the 70
thWeek, which would further imply a 2017 Second Coming.
The Great PyramidIt is believed by many that the Great Pyramid complex at
Giza in its design contains time markers or date ciphers pointing to the First and Second coming of the Lord. There are two scriptures that are the basis for this conjecture.
In that day shall there be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the
land of
Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the Lord.And it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the Lord of hosts in the
land of
Egypt: for they shall cry unto the Lord because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver them. Isaiah 19: 19,20
Which hast set signs and wonders in the
land of
Egypt, even unto this day… Jeremiah 32:20a
Prophecy researcher Daniel Matson has made some startling discoveries regarding the date ciphers of the Great Pyramid complex at
Giza. In Chapter 16 of his book,
Signs of the End he states;
What is important is that there is valuable information that must be passed along that is a striking discovery concerning the Great Pyramid complex at
Gizaand its marking both advents of Christ. It is a discovery that is in line with the Bible, history, and the magnificence of the pyramids. It highlights the time in precise astronomical alignments. It is a discovery that fits the themes woven into the Bible concerning the coming King and it further supports the scenario developed in this book. It would appear this is another clue building the case for Christ’s return in 2017.
Thus his research has led him to believe that the Great Pyramid complex at Giza astronomically aligned with the First coming of the Lord, and he believes it will also at His Second Coming, and the alignment points to Rosh Hashanah 2017. What leads the author to this conclusion?
The basic idea is that the pyramid complex is a map of the heavens of a point in time when Christ the King returns with his armies. The pyramids show what is to be at meridian (Al Nitak in Orion), and also the causeways heading east from the pyramids show the importance of the rising sun or other items rising in the east. That the Sphinx also looks to the east is a factor as well. The point though was to see when there was a candidate for an alignment of Rosh Hashanah and the meridian alignment of Orion at dawn…Therefore, at dawn the morning before the Feast of Trumpets 2017, Al Nitak is precisely at meridian…
Let us not forget the all-important Christ angle to see where it might come into significance. At the moment Al Nitak is at meridian, Leo is in the east, but more importantly its star known as Regulus (the King) is precisely at the inclination of the Christ angle. Therefore, the Christ angle not only bisected
Bethlehemat Christ’s birth, but it also bisects Regulus at this possible time of his Second Coming. The year 2017 is the first year from present that Rosh Hashanah comes immediately after September 20th—the time Al Nitak hits meridian precisely at dawn, and also when Regulus hits the Christ angle…
In analyzing the positioning of the stars, moon, and sun at the time of September 20, 2017, there was also another alignment. Venus will be in conjunction with Regulus at this time. So at this moment Venus the “Morning Star” will be aligned with the “King Star”, precisely at the Christ angle…
The ascending and descending passageways of the Great Pyramid share the common Christ angle, but one is actually the prime of the other. Looking at the computer model of the sky when Regulus and Venus are at the Christ angle just prior to dawn, there is again something suspicious. Below the horizon is Jupiter–referred to as the planet of the Messiah by the Jews…At the dawn of Rosh Hashanah 2017, Jupiter is at the precise Christ angle in the opposite scenario as the day before. Jupiter is below the horizon at 26.3 degrees…
So as there are opposite Christ angles, it would appear that the pyramid is a map of this event. Jupiter is the suffering Messiah at the descending angle, whereas the “morning star” and glorious king are on the ascending angle. Therefore, the Great Pyramid would be a map of this time when Rosh Hashanah coincides with the dawn meridian of Al Nitak and the positioning of Christ’s representative planets at the Christ angle. As already mentioned these many significant alignments lead him to believe that the First Coming was marked by the celestial alignment of the Great Pyramid, and that the Second Coming will be marked by the celestial alignments on Rosh Hashanah in 2017. Is this why the pyramids were built, and have withstood throughout time? Are they a “sign and witness” of the First and Second Coming of the Lord? If they are, then they have profound prophetic significance, especially in light of the Revelation 12 sign of the woman clothed with the sun.
The Woman Clothed with the Sun
In Revelation 12 I believe that we are given a very important sign regarding the coming of the Lord
12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
Here I believe we see a symbolic picture of the nation of Israel—the woman—and the coming of the Christ child. I believe this symbolism appeared as a sign in the skies over
Jerusalemin the alignment of the stars on Rosh Hashanah 9/11/3 BC, which is the most likely birth date of Jesus. (Note: Click on the following link to see the images of the celestial alignments I will be referring to in this section;
LookUp for Your Redemption Draweth Nigh.) On that day the constellation Virgo was “clothed with the sun,” and the moon was under her feet. Above her head 3 planets—Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter—were in alignment with the star Regulus in Leo, Regulus was also in conjunction with Jupiter. This Regulus/Jupiter conjunction is what David Larson, mentioned above, believes is the famed Star of Bethlehem. The 9 stars of Leo and the 3 planets aligning with Regulus make the crown of 12 stars.
Before we discuss this sign further we need to consider the Biblical meanings of the planets and Regulus. Some were mentioned above, but here is a summary of their meanings which are based on their Hebrew names.
Mercury: Lord Jesus Christ in the First Advent as the Savior
Venus: The Morning Star, the symbol of the Christ in His Second Advent
Mars: Symbolizes the Blood of Christ in His substitutionary spiritual death on the Cross
Jupiter: King Planet, planet of the Messiah
Saturn: symbolizes the Lord Jesus Christ as God of the Covenants
Uranus: The Mediator planet, which has an axis that points East and West, symbolizes the Lord Jesus Christ as the Mediator and High Priest.
Neptune: The Redeemer planet symbolizes the Lord Jesus Christ as the One who redeemed mankind with His blood from the slave market of sin.
With those ideas in mind let’s reconsider the celestial alignment of Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and the star Regulus in Leo on 9/11/3 BC. This alignment in light of their Biblical meanings suggests the First Coming of Jesus as the Savior (Mercury), the future Second Coming of Christ (Venus), and the coming of the King of Kings, the Messiah (Jupiter in conjunction with Regulus). So on that day I believe the Rev. 12 sign was fulfilled and the heavens declared the birth of the Messiah. I also believe this Rev. 12 celestial sign at His birth establishes the fact that celestial alignments can be important prophetic time markers.
Now let’s examine the skies around the time that the Great Pyramid complex points to, Rosh Hashanah in 2017. On 9/20/17 Rosh Hashanah; Virgo is clothed with the Sun, the Moon is not under her feet but is in close conjunction with the sun, and there is an alignment of Jupiter, the Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus, and Regulus, with Venus in conjunction with Regulus. In light of their meanings here we see the King/Messiah (Jupiter) with the woman—Israel (Virgo), the First Advent of the Lord (Mercury), His right to return as King because of His shed blood on the cross (Mars), which also alludes to His vesture dipped in blood as described in His Second Coming in Rev. 19:13, and the Morning Star Jesus at His Second Coming becoming King (Venus in conjunction with Regulus.) Do not forget that on this day there are important alignments with the Giza Pyramid complex as discussed above. In light of the celestial alignments on this day and their meanings I believe this alignment is another piece of prophetic data pointing to a possible 2017 Second Coming.
Three days after this alignment on 9/23/17, Virgo is “clothed with the sun,” the moon is now under her feet, and above her head are 3 planets—Mercury, Mars, and Venus, which are in alignment with the star Regulus in Leo. The 9 stars of Leo and the 3 aligning planets make the crown of 12 stars. Thus this alignment meets the criteria of the Rev. 12 sign and is similar to the 3 BC alignment, but as mentioned above the meaning of the alignments at this date points to His Second Coming. Interestingly enough this alignment occurs the day after Rosh Hashanah on the day of Shabbat Shuvah—the Sabbath of Return.
[5]Thus I believe the Revelation 12 celestial alignment on this day is another piece of prophetic data pointing to a possible 2017 Second Coming.
So there we have it, the sign of Revelation 12 in the sky above Jerusalem on special days, of which in their alignments and their meanings point to the First and Second Coming of Christ; the first pointing to the birth of the King of Kings, and the Second pointing to the bright and morning star—Jesus—becoming the King over the earth, which I also believe is alluded to in Revelation 22.
16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
Thus I believe these celestial alignments in 2017 have major prophetic implications of which we will discuss more in detail after the next piece of data.

In 1217 the Jewish Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel prophesied that the Ottoman Turks would rule over the holy city of Jerusalem for eight Jubilees. A Jubilee is a period of 50 years according to Leviticus 25:8-13. Eight Jubilees would then be 400 years. Sure enough, 300 years later in 1517 the Ottoman Turks seized control of the city of
Jerusalem and ruled over it for the next 400 years. They were finally driven out of the city and the holy land in 1917 by the Allied forces under the command of General George Allenby. The Rabbi’s prophecy about the 400 years was fulfilled exactly to the year.
The Rabbi had also prophesied that during the ninth Jubilee Jerusalem would be a “no-man’s land.” This is exactly what happened from 1917 to 1967, due to the fact that the holy land was placed under British Mandate in 1917 by the
League of Nations and literally “belonged” to no nation. Even after Israel‘s war of independence in 1948-49 Jerusalem was still divided by a strip of land running right through the heart of the city, with Jordancontrolling the eastern part of the city and
Israel controlling the western part of the city. That strip of land was considered and even called “no-man’s land” by both the Israelis and the Jordanians. Anyone even stepping into that strip would be shot down. I lived during that period of time and well remember the reports in the newspapers and shown on TV about the division of
Jerusalem. It was not until the Six Day War in 1967 when the entire west bank of the holy land was conquered by the Israeli army that the whole city of Jerusalempassed back into the possession of
Israel. So once again the prophecy made by the Rabbi 750 years previously was fulfilled to the letter.
But that is still not the end of the matter. The Rabbi also prophesied that during the 10th Jubilee Jerusalem would be under the control of the Jews and the Messianic “end times” would begin. The 10th Jubilee began in 1967 and will be concluded in 2017.[7]
Let’s consider the data;
Jubilees 1-8 (1517 to 1917): Turks will rule.
Jubilee 9 (1917 to 1967):
Jerusalem a “no man’s land.”
Jubilee 10 (1967 to 2017):
Jerusalem under Jewish control, Messianic end times will begin.
Jubilee 11: Begins at Yom Kippur 9/30/17.
Jubilees 1-8, and 9 were fulfilled as his prophecy stated. His prophecy also states “during the 10th Jubilee Jerusalem would be under the control of the Jews and the Messianic “end times” would begin.” Therefore if the prophecy is to be trusted, then the Messianic “end times” would have to start within the time of the 10th jubilee, before the 11th Jubilee starts at Yom Kippur on 9/30/17. Thus if the Messianic “end times” refers to the Second Coming—His return to earth at the Feast of Trumpets—then the prophecy implies the Second Coming will be no later than 2017.
The Most Probable Scenario
Let’s see if we can integrate all of the data discussed in this chapter into a “most probable scenario.” Here is a synopsis of some of the data and their associated dates.
7/22/13: 13th Star of David planetary alignment—beginning/birthing of troublous times.
2014-2015: Tetrad of lunar eclipses on feast days—associated with Israel at war and or under persecution.
9/21/17: Pyramid alignments—associated with First and Second Coming of Jesus.
9/20-23/17: Rev. 12 Sign of the Woman clothed with the sun—associated with First and Second Comings of Jesus.
9/30/17: Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel prophecy—beginning of Messianic end times before Day of Atonement in 2017.
With this data in mind, and noting its important prophetic implications for Rosh Hashanah in 2017, I can foresee three possible scenarios based on that date;
1. The 70th week began on 10/29/10, the rapture will occur in the time period of 2014-2016, with the Second Coming on 10/21/17.
2. The Rapture will occur on 10/21/17, with the Second Coming 2018-2020 necessitating a 2011-2013 start of the 70th week.
3. The 70thWeek will begin on 10/21/17 with the Second Coming in 2024.
Let’s consider each scenario from a scriptural point of view; in regards to scenario #2, it would suggest knowing the day of the rapture, which I believe would violate the principle of scripture of no one knowing the day and hour. In regards to scenario #3, realizing that there is a strong case that the Second Coming will most likely align with a fall feast, if the 70thweek started on 10/21/17 adding 2520 days would bring you to 9/14/24 which is not a fall feast, thus contradicting that parameter.
Thus it appears that the most probable scenario is #1, which places the start of the 70th week on 10/29/10, the rapture 2014-16, and the Second Coming at Rosh Hashanah in 2017—this is a theory, not a prediction.
ConfirmationsOn 10/27/10 I believed that I received a sign regarding the end times. I was in my car in a Church parking lot crying out to God about our country and the destruction I saw coming to our land, especially what I believed would happen to
Phoenix. When I started my car I immediately noticed the odometer, it read 77755.5. At the time I felt this was a sign from God concerning the timing of this event. I wrote about this occurrence in the post;

Since then I have thought and prayed about the meaning of the numbers, I think I may now know what the numbers mean. I saw the numbers on 10/27/10 at about 8 PM EST, In Jerusalem it would have been in the early hours of 10/28/10. At sunset on that same day in
Jerusalem, 10/29/10 would begin. That is the day identified in the most probable scenario as the start of the 70th Week. I now believe that is what the 777 may have been referring to—the beginning of the 70th Week on 10/29/10.
If the 70
th Week began on 10/29/10 then the most probable date for WWIII, of which the destruction of
Phoenix may be a part, is day 1110, which will be on 11/11/13. I believe that is what the 55.5 was referring to; since it had a .5 in it I think it was an indication it was only half the number, and should be multiplied by 2, 55.5 x 2 = 111.0.
Here is another possible confirmation; on the dollar bill there are many 111s or multiples there of, which I wrote about in
The Dollar Code. I also believe the date 2/22/10 is encoded on the dollar bill, and wrote the following about what happened on that date;
All of those 11s, 111s, and 1111s may be pointing to day 1110, which our most probable scenario identifies as 11/11/13.
Are these occurrences confirmations of the “most probable scenario,” that has the 70
th week beginning on 10/29/10 and the Second Coming in 2017? I do not know for sure, but if this were the case, in light of all the prophecy data we have examined in this book, I can foresee the following occurring; on or shortly after 7/22/13 the world will enter into severe “troublous times” culminating in the 91 day period that will most likely begin no later than 11/11/13. In this 91 day period the first 4 seals will be opened, and the antichrist will be born—brought onto the world scene. The Abomination of Desolation would occur on day 1200 (February 9, 2014). The two witnesses would start their ministry on Passover on day 1233 (March 14, 2014). The antichrist would begin to rule the world on day 1260 (April 10, 2014). He will then start persecuting Jews and Christians (Seal 5) as signaled by the Tetrad of eclipses beginning in April of 2014. Between ½ and 2½ years later Seal 6 will be opened, the rapture will occur, and God’s wrath will be poured out upon the world. The 2 witnesses would end their ministry and the bowl judgments would begin on day 2490 (August 22, 2017), they would rise from the dead 3 days later. The rule of the antichrist will end at Armageddon on day 2520 (September 21, 2017). The Millennium would start on day 2535 (October 6, 2017) the Feast of Booths.
[8]Of course these days are plus or minus a day due to Hebrew date reckoning. Here is a chart summarizing the data, again this is just a hypothesis, the Second Coming may not be in 2017.
How about the rapture? We know that the rapture will occur after the midpoint, when the antichrist begins to rule, and after the opening of the sixth seal, and most likely in alignment with the Feast of Trumpets
[9]. In that time frame, there are four occurrences of the Feast of Trumpets. We can probably eliminate the last occurrence because the trumpet and bowl judgments, which take place after the rapture, will take at least one year to be fulfilled. So with these facts in mind we can conjecture that the rapture would most likely occur at the Feast of Trumpets, 1/2 to 2 1/2 years after the Abomination of Desolation. If the Abomination of Desolation were on 2/9/14, and Armageddon on 9/21/17, then we could theorize three possible dates for the rapture to occur; September 25, 2014, September 14, 2015, and October 3, 2016, which are the dates for the Feast of Trumpets 1/2 to 2 1/2 years after the Abomination of Desolation. Again this is just an example of how the dates would work out if the Second Coming will occur in 2017.
In regards to these possible dates we know that Christ told us that He would shorten the length of time of the great tribulation, which starts after the Abomination of Desolation and ends at the rapture.
When ye therefore shall see the Abomination of Desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains…But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. (Matt 24:15-22)
So Christ, for the sake of His church, will shorten the days of the great tribulation that will come upon the world after the antichrist takes power. This fact leads us to conclude that the rapture could occur closer to the Abomination of Desolation than to Armageddon. Another verse in scripture which tells us that the great tribulation will be shortened is “
But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of
Israel, till the Son of man be come.” (Mt 10:23) This verse is in reference to the persecution during the great tribulation and again indicates that it will be shortened. These facts may enable us to eliminate the last of the three remaining dates, let’s pray that it is the first, maranatha!
Thus, once we see the seals opened and the antichrist arise to take over the world, we would then look for the rapture to most likely align with the Feast of Trumpets ½ to 1 ½ years later. If 2017 is the year of the Second Coming, then I believe that September 25, 2014, and September 14, 2015 would be the dates to look for.
Some may object to this reasoning saying that it is “date setting.” First off I am not setting a date; I do not know when the rapture will occur. What I am saying is that we can know a general time frame within the 70th Week for the rapture. When the 70th Week begins, and if the rapture will occur in alignment with the Feast of Trumpets, then we can know possible dates for it to occur. Just as one could know the general time frame for the Feast of Trumpets, but not the exact day, so I believe that we also can ascertain from scripture a general time frame for the rapture, but not the exact day. Jesus Himself told us that the day would not overtake the saved as a thief, only the unsaved, indicating to me that the righteous will know the general time.
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. (1 Thess. 5:2-4.)
Again, the 2014 – 2016 possible Feast of trumpets rapture dates are just an example of how the dates would be calculated if the Second Coming will be in 2017 and the 70
th Week began in 2010. The same rules would apply to whatever year in the future that the 70th Week would actually begin. I have put all of this date information into a diagram, which may help you to conceptualize this chronological data; “

So let’s get back to the original question; when will the rapture occur? I do not know the exact year, but I do know the rapture will occur sometime between the midpoint of the 70th week and the Second Coming. Will the rapture occur 2014–16 with the Second Coming in 2017, as the prophetic data and the “most probable scenario” seems to imply? As the saying goes; time will tell, look for WWIII (Seal 2), which will most likely be the definitive sign that we are about to enter into the time period of the great tribulation in which the rapture will occur. “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” Luke 21:28.
Here is something else to consider; if the 2017 hypothesis is correct and WWIII and the other seals will be opened in 2013, are you ready? Are you spiritually, mentally, and physically prepared for the end times? That is what we will discuss in the next chapter—being prepared.

If His timing is correct then the 70th Week would begin 60 days earlier than the dates I have listed above. There are 3 woes in the Book of Revelation (REV 8:13). In the 1st woe, which lasts 5 months, Abaddon, or the Destroyer (REV 9:11), comes on the scene. During the first woe, no one dies, though many will wish they could (see REV 9:6). But many, many, many will die in the 2nd and 3rd woes (Trumpets 6 and 7). There are 4 angels bound right now at the Euphrates river. When they are loosed, they will kill a third of all mankind (see REV 9:14-15, this is during the time of the second woe). The 2nd woe consists of the 1260 day (REV 11:3) ministry of the two who are one. Their 1260 days coincides with the 1260 days of the Antichrist (Mr. 666). Then at the conclusion of the 1260 days of the two witnesses, at the conclusion of the 2nd woe, the 3rd woe will come quickly thereafter (REV 11:14). The 3rd woe occurs simultaneously with, and in concert with, the Second Coming (rapture). It is at the conclusion of the 2nd woe that the 3rd woe/Second Coming will be truly imminent, right at the door (Matthew 24:33).
At the advent of the 3rd woe, at the sounding of the 7th trumpet (REV 11:15), there will be “a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great” (REV 16:18). And Christ will come riding on the clouds (REV 1:7) in a more than awesome burst of power and glory to set up the eternal kingdom of God at the glorious conclusion and climatic and cataclysmic exclamation point at the end of the age known as the Second Coming of Christ!
