Son of GOD & Children of GOD

He came to what was his own, and his own people did not accept him. But to all who received him, who believed in his Name, he gave power to become children of God (John 1:11-12).

The Children of God mentioned here are the true Children of God who are born on this earth in the End Times and for whom the whole creation is waiting to be revealed, because the creation will be liberated from the slavery of decay by these Children of God (Rom. 8:19-23).

In his First Coming Jesus Christ was sent to offer his life as a ransom for the atonement of the sins of his people (Mk. 10:45). So Jesus Christ prophesied that the Son of Man must undergo great suffering, and be rejected by the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised” (Lk. 9:22). The people of God who lived at that time rejected the Lord of Life (Acts 3:14-15). 

However, it was the Will of God the Father that His Son, the Saviour must be wounded, be persecuted and killed (Is. 53:9-10). God the Father prophesied through His prophets that the Saviour must be rejected by His people (Acts. 3:17-18). If the Saviour had not been rejected by his people, it would not have been possible for him to die on the Cross. Then the Word of God written about his suffering and death would not have been fulfilled. That is why Jesus Christ strictly ordered people never to publicize his miracles and prevented the evil spirits from revealing who he truly was and asked his disciples never to disclose him till his death (Mk. 5:42-43, Mk. 1:34, Mt. 16:20). 

But, it is the Will of the Almighty God that everyone should receive His Son and believe in his Name – Emmanuel – when he comes to this earth the Second Time. Only those who believe in him and receive him will be given Eternal Life. Those who do not believe in the Son of God in his Second Coming are people who are condemned already (Jn. 3:16-18)………….
