You Christians can’t even agree on your own dogma amongst each other, let alone try and force it on everyone else.
Atheism isn’t a diversion it’s the default state, we are all born atheists. You have to be brainwashed from birth into believing unsubstantiated political fairy stories are real, and that is a lottery on what your parents were brainwashed with.
Belief in organised thought and belief intolerant political godship religions is like a disease, passed on from parent to child, from generation to generation. Each in their turn, transformed into damaged goods with the indoctrinated belief they are special and their time is the end time. It’s nothing more than odious arrogance.
Great comment!
Christians do not have a higher level of obligation to agree… they naturally agree and disagree like all others. It is as unreasonable as demanding that all Republicans, or all Democrats, agree on every party and personal view. Even views on less fundamental subjects such as music, art, fashion, cuisine etc. evoke a wide range of preferences and opinions. The fact that Christians are endeavoring to understand an ancient Book, as well as various manuscripts of antiquity, written in ancient languages with various translations and interpretations is certain to inspire debate, and arouse disagreement. Do not ask of others that which you yourself cannot do.
Christians do not generally force their faith on others. Mere discussion is not force. The reference of Bible scriptures is not force. The sight of Christian symbols is not force. Prayer in public is not force. The mention of Yahweh, Yeshua and the Holy Spirit is not force. Some religious representatives solicit door to door, but this is not typical of Christians. The most Christians generally do is invite others to their churches… even then, it is most often done in a way that is easily declined. Christian street preachers are routinely arrested if they do not meet all legal conditions. Attempts to silence Christians, however, have even extended to the privacy of their homes…. when they gathered for Bible Studies in a number of U.S. cities (6 instances), Big Brother showed up with punitive threats and forced them to temporarily cease. Given that they are now being followed into their homes, the accusation of dictatorial intrusion is justly placed on anti-Christians. Anti-Christian zealots convince themselves to believe this illusionary “force” in order to justify an irrational hate for those who follow Yahweh’s commandments. Christians reject and speak out against many perversions, profane lifestyles and morally costly choices such as homosexuality, incest, bestiality, adultery, theft, idolatry, perjury etc. because we believe, wholeheartedly, that such choices will cost many of our brethren their place in His eternal kingdom.
