Agent Smith Describes 'the Fall' (Explanation In Red)

“Did you know that the first Matrix was designed to be a perfect human world. Where none suffered. Where everyone would be happy.”

This is a description of the non-dualistic “observing consciousness” Created ‘by and in the image of God’ (Chapter 1, verse 27 of Genesis)

“It was a disaster. No one would accept the program.”

This is a reference to the origin of the duality in the ‘movement’ of self-reflection, symbolized as “the great dragon, the primeval serpent, known as the devil or Satan, who had deceived all the world” (Chapter 12, verse 9 of the Revelation of John) with duality.

“Entire crops were lost. Some believed that we lacked the programming language to describe your perfect world.”

This is a reference to doubt, which is the consequence rather than the cause of the differentiation from non-duality into the dualistic ‘fallen’ consciousness.

“But I believe that, as a species, human beings define their reality through misery and suffering.”

This is a reference to the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil”; that is, the definition of the “beast of the sea” consciousness of the “self” as the source of all Good—i.e., pleasure—and the “not self” as the source of all evil—misery and suffering”.

“The perfect world was a dream that your primitive cerebrum kept trying to wake up from.”

This is a reference to the ‘movement’ of self-reflection as a reflex of the nervous system, resulting in the creation of an image of duality, which is based upon the desire for pleasure and the avoidance of pain.

“Which was why the Matrix was redesigned to this, the peak of your civilization.”

The reality which was Created by God as being non-dual, was redesigned into the dualistic reality of the ‘fallen’ consciousness of the “self” and the ‘thinker’.

“I say your civilization because as soon as we started thinking for you it really became our civilization;”

This is a reference to the “beast of the sea” being the origin of the ‘spatiality’ of the consciousness of the “self”; and the “beast of the earth” being an extension of the ‘spatiality’ of the consciousness of the “self” in ‘time’.

“which is, of course, what this is all about. Evolution, Morpheus, evolution, like the dinosaur.”

Evolution is a thought of the “beast of the earth” consciousness of the ‘thinker’ as a specific denial and contradiction of the fact that what occurred in reality was a ‘devolution’; that is the loss of the non-dualistic consciousness and its substitution by the dualistic, ‘fallen’ consciousness.

“Look out that window. You had your time. This future is our world, Morpheus. The future is our time.”

This is where Agent Smith becomes a symbol for the “false prophet” consciousness of the ‘thinker’ and the “false prophet” monotheistic religious establishment; which is based upon the denial and contradiction of the Knowledge Revealed through both the Vision of the “Son of man” and the Revelation of “the resurrection”.

On the contrary, it is the “beast of the earth” consciousness of the ‘thinker’ and the “false prophet” Jewish, Christian and Muslim religious officials who have had ‘their time’.

The future, on the other hand, belongs to the non-dualistic consciousness.

“The future is our time.”
