It would only take about 15 years before the next generation are politically proactive people. It’s just an education problem, and if the general population get the idea they can influence polices and laws, it wouldn’t take long before things started improving. An all peoples parliament would have to be restricted to things that are an improvement for everyone, secular, no vilifying other people, etc. 99% of politics is local problems in any case, so it would do away with all other tiers of government as well.
Without all the constant destroying of everything gained, things would improve rapidly, especially the quality of life for everyone. Nobody would be disadvantaged they would get everything they need to succeed in things they want to do. And it would be permanent improvements, so built upon success instead of tripping from one utter disaster to the next with damage loss measures.
The whole thing could be done over the internet, if we can have secure online banking, we can have secure online voting. All revolutions cost, even staying the same will cost us and dearly. The only cost with an all peoples parliament is a little extra of our time. We would probably have so much time without the all having to work all hours because of debt enslavement, it would be a pleasure. Big deal, lets do that instead.
