Has Satan been destroyed? Is Jesus Christ an offspring of Eve? "Gen. 3:15"- When will this take place?
I shall put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; it will crush your head and you will strike its heel.’ (Gen. 3:15)
Many church fathers, theologians and scholars have taught and still teach that this Word of God is about Jesus Christ and that Jesus Christ has already destroyed Satan. Some other theologians advocate the theory that the woman mentioned in this Word of God is Holy Virgin Mary. But if we read Genesis 3:14-16 carefully, we realize that the woman mentioned here is Eve and the offspring of the woman mentioned here is an offspring of Eve.
Is Jesus Christ an offspring of Eve? If he were so, he also would have been a sinner. The Word of God teaches that God created all peoples from one ancestor (Adam) to fill the whole earth (Acts 17:26). When Adam committed sin, all who were deposited in Adam also became participants in that sin and that is what we call original sin. As the greatest proof of this, man is subject to death even today. God created man immortal and death entered the world because of the envy of Satan and as the reward of sin (Ws. 1:13, Ws. 2:23-24, Rom. 5:12).
If Jesus Christ were the offspring of Adam, he could not have atoned for the sins of the Children of God. But, God the Father had placed the sin of those who were born of God and were deposited in Adam, on Jesus Christ who is holy, as is written in Isaiah 53:4-12. Jesus Christ atoned for the sins of the Children of God by offering his body and blood that is holy. The flesh and blood of the offspring of Adam are not holy. The body and blood which are defiled by sin cannot atone for the sins. There is no forgiveness of sins without the shedding of blood (Heb. 9:22).
It was the Word of God that came down to this earth from Heaven 2000 years ago. The one who came down (the Son of God) was not a person with flesh and blood. In fact, the Spirit of the Word of God come down and took flesh on this earth (Jn. 1:14). This means, it was in the womb of Holy Virgin Mary that the Son of God took flesh. In other words, it was from Holy Mother that the Son received his body in his Incarnation. This was made possible by the faith of Holy Mother (Lk. 1:38, Rom. 3:25-26). He was born of a woman. In this case, if the Woman (Holy Virgin Mary) from whom Jesus Christ took flesh were an offspring of Adam, the body that Jesus Christ received from her also would have been the body of Adam, which would be subject to sin, disease, old age and death.
Thus the Word of God testifies that neither Jesus Christ nor Holy Virgin Mary are offspring of Adam. It is clear from this that the woman and her offspring mentioned in Gen. 3:15 are not Holy Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ.
Besides, did Jesus Christ crush the head or destroy Satan as people think is foretold in Gen. 3:15? No. All that came about because of Satan are still there in man and in Nature. Sin, diseases, old age and death are still present in man and Nature is still under the suzerainty of Satan (Rom. 8:19-13). The prophecy that the Children of God will become immortal is yet to be fulfilled (1 Cor. 15:50-55). No other proof is required to show that Satan has not yet been destroyed. The Holy Spirit through Paul prophesies that the God of Peace will crush the devil under your feet (Rom. 16:20).
It was not because Jesus Christ did not have the strength to destroy Satan that he did not do so. Instead, crushing the head of Satan is not the duty that God the Father had entrusted to him. The Son of God, the Light that cannot be overcome by darkness (1 Jn. 1:1-5), need not come in the form of a man in order to destroy Satan. He could have done it in Heaven itself, if God so willed. In fact, it is the challenge and Righteousness of God that the offspring of the same woman (Eve) who was deceived by Satan, must crush the head of Satan.
The Word of God that came forth from the Mouth of God will surely be fulfilled. Then, about whom is the prophecy in Gen. 3:15? When will Gen. 3:15 be fulfilled?

As I mentioned at the end, this content is not intended for any arguments. Comments option is enabled only to those who do like to hear “The Good News” in detail, This Salvation ready to be revealed in these end days (1Pet 1:5).
It is believed that the “woman” referred to in Genesis cannot be Eve since she assisted the devil in causing the downfall of the human race. She was hardly in a position to have her “seed” crush the head of anything, much less a powerful angelic being. Since The Virgin Mary is always called “Woman” by Christ in the Gospels, this is taken as a deliberate reference to the “woman” in Genesis. Since Mary was preserved from sin by a special grace of God, her “seed” alone could be capable of crushing the serpent’s head. Thus, it may be said that Christ crushes the head of satan or that Mary crushes the head of satan by means of her “seed” which is Christ.
Such things as age, suffering, disease, and death remain in the world today even after the Sacrifice of Calvary because they are the effects or consequences of that Original Sin committed by Adam and Eve. To these we were consigned when Adam chose to reject the state of perfection in which he had been created.
Thus, you are almost correct in your supposition that satan has not yet been completely crushed. He still roams our world even after Christ defeated him on Calvary. Satan will not be 100% crushed until he is chained forever in hell at the end of time and the world is restored to a state of perfection via the New Heavens and New Earth mentioned in Revelation. Even so, it is wrong to assert that Christ did not vanquish satan simply because the effects of sin still exist today. It simply means that the story isn’t finished yet. Humanity has been Redeemed by Christ, seed of “the Woman” who is Mary, and satan’s empire was overthrown, but the final, permanent crushing of his head is still to come. And indeed, it shall come only by Jesus through Mary. Eve can’t crush anything.
The SEED of the woman, being her offspring, is like the SEED of Abraham, and as Paul said, “He sayeth not unto seeds, as of many, but as to SEED, as of ONE which is CHRIST.” So, the SEED of the woman and the SEED of Abraham are ONE and the same SEED. This is the eternal seed which is born in you. Mary was the chosen vessel much like Israel was the chosen race – if she was so all fire special why did Jesus say, when told that His mother and brothers were waiting and wanted to have a word with him, “he famously said, “Who is my mother and who are my brothers except they that do THE WILL OF MY FATHER!” Now, who is it that does the will of the Father, and are therefore His relatives? You would need to consult Romans 9 on that wise, and I can tell you right now, there are many religious folks who will not like the answer to that question, but it is is there in plain sight, if you have seeing eyes and hearing ears.
