The 30% part of these regulations (2005 levels) don’t even go into affect until 2030, plus the last 5 presidents we’ve had have passed some kind of environmental regulations so what’s the problem? If anybody had bothered to do any research you would find that one of the main reasons the coal industry is collapse is NOT because of regulations but because coal fired power plants are being replaced by gas because power is now cheaper to produce with gas because of the shale gas boom, of course, you already knew this if you watch fox news, right???
