Chapter 29, verse 14 of the Book of Isaiah

Isaiah means precisely what he writes.

Ask any of your ‘wise men’, Israel, what is the meaning of the Doctrine of “the resurrection”.
Ask any of your “prudent men” ‘whose understanding will be hidden’ (verse 15) how Elijah is to return if not within the context of the Doctrine of “the resurrection” being understood as a Doctrine of ‘Rebirth’, and Chapter 26, verse 19 of the Book of Isaiah (“I seal this Revelation in the heart of my disciples”—Chapter 8, verse 16 of the Book of Isaiah) being understood as a figurative description of the revelation of the memories of previous lives (as is Chapter 27, verses 52-53 of the Gospel of Matthew and Chapter 20, verse 36 of the Gospel of Luke).
And, after they are unable to answer these questions, have them read some of the notes on this website.
Michael, as Prophesied (Chapter 12, verse 1 of the Book of Daniel; Sura 2, verse 98 of the Quran; Column XVII of the Scroll of the War of the Sons of Light; and Chapter 3, verse 12 of the Revelation of John) and

Okay, and now here is truth:

Isaiah 29:13 … this people do draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me

Matthew 15:8-9 This people draw near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me

Who is “this people”, THE PHARISEES and scribes!:

Matthew 15:1 Then came to Christ the scribes and Pharisees

Matthew 15:7 You hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT, TRUTH. And the one did a Marvelous Work among “this people” is Christ, Isaiah is prophesying of Christ to come in Chapter 29:14. Christ said FORGET THOSE MEN, DO NOT CALL ANY MAN RABBI (Matthew 23:8-10).

THERE IS NO REINCARNATION that a man is born again of a woman. Christ did not say that John the Baptist is Elijah reincarnated. What is the purpose of reincarnating Elijah after Elijah was already taken alive into Heaven? And then Elijah does not know who he is? So John the Baptist is the greatest man born of woman but Elijah is not, yet they are allegedly the same person? Elijah is a soul, a unique soul only Elijah is Elijah. John the Baptist is a unique sole, only John is John. Same goes for every person who is born of mankind, there is only one of them, all are born of women once and only once.

Elijah to come is John the Baptist, both John and Elijah had similar roles, they both turned hearts back to God:

Malachi 4:5-6 I will send to you Elijah the Prophet before the dreadful day of the Lord and he shall turn the heart of the fathers back to the children and the heart of the children back to the fathers

1 Kings 18:37 Hear me Lord, hear me, that this people may know that you are the Lord God and that you have turned their hearts back again

Matthew 11:14 And if you will receive it, this is Elijah that was to come

If you will receive it? If John is Elijah then just say John is Elijah. But what Christ means is John the Baptist is as Elijah, both men were tasked with turning hearts back to God. During Elijah’s time, Baal worship had overtaken Israel and Elijah brought they back from Satan, by turning their hearts back to God. John brings back people from Satan by telling those who do evil to stop doing evil, repent because the kingdom of God is coming. John turned hearts back to God.

Matthew 11:11 I say to you that among them born of women there is none greater than John the Baptist ….

except Elijah because Elijah is John the Baptist born again of women, but Christ does not say that.

I see you quote Luke. Luke is a lying writing of Pharisee. 1 and 2 Peter are Pharisee forgeries. Luke 2:14 PEACE ON EARTH? Really, and then thousands of children are murdered by order of Herod, but Luke omits telling of those murders. Peace on earth when Christ said clearly, DO NOT THINK I HAVE COME TO BRING PEACE ON EARTH (Matthew 10:34)!

So you teach lies, but may you learn now. Or remain a purveyor of lies. There are many who love the gospel of the false apostle and anti-Christ Paul (Matthew 7:22-23, Romans 6:14, 1 John 2:18).
