O what joy! God in us Immanuel! Hallelujah!
But let us not get so caught up in the merriment of the Christmas season and forget that Ho Ho Holy is the Lord of Hosts, who was, who is, who is to come, and He is a consuming fire and sin is burned up in His holy presence. And come Judgment Day, God’s holy presence will burn up all that are unholy and unrighteous! Which is why it was such Good News that unto us a Savior was born in the city of David!
Here is how the original Christmas event went down some 2000 years ago:
The Babe was born in Bethlehem wrapped in swaddling clothes in a manger because there was no room at the inn! That humble child/King was born unto us in the City of David, the promised Savior of all mankind, Christ the Lord, our God with us, Immanuel! Amen!
Without the Savior born in Bethlehem, grace and peace between us and God would not be possible. So praise be unto the One who sits upon the throne and to the Lamb! Hallelujah! Thank you Father! Thank Jesus, God with us, Immanuel! You will dwell within us forever and ever! Amen! Hallelujah forever! Worthy is the Lamb who was slain (see REV 5:12)!

The angels sang glory to God in the highest that first Noel O what joy to the world! O what a holy night! Hark the angels we have heard on high! Proclaiming good tidings and great joy which shall be to all people! Amen! Hallelujah!
When the angel Gabriel told Mary that the Holy Spirit would come upon her and overshadow her, resulting in our Savior’s holy birth, here’s what happened behind the scenes so to speak:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (see John 1). So Jesus (the Word) existed before all things and all things were created by Him and for Him (see Colossians 1:16).
God’s plan of salvation for the whole world was to come down to us as the Word made flesh amongst men. So He came to us as the Babe born in Bethlehem. In order to be a faithful and merciful high priest for men, the Word had to come and share in our humanity and become flesh and blood like us (see chapter 2 of Hebrews).
Concerning this plan/salvation of God, it says in Hebrews:
5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

When the angel Gabriel told Mary she was highly favored because God had chosen her to bear His Son, it was in the womb of Mary that the body spoken of in Hebrews 10:5 above was prepared for, where the Immaculate Conception took place and the Word became flesh. Jesus emptied Himself of His Godhood, if you will, His omnipresence, omniscience, etc., and entered the body prepared for Him in the womb of Mary. Jesus humbled Himself and entered into the world not in a palace but in a manger. The Child King grew and learned to be obedient to God. He is our model. We are to emulate Him and become mature and obtain the full measure of the fullness of Christ.
Jesus is now our faithful and merciful high priest because of what went down that first Christmas morn. And anyone and everyone who comes to God through Jesus can obtain peace and grace and good will from God! Amen! Hallelujah forever!
If you have not made Jesus the Lord and Savior of your life, then let not this Christmas be not only about the birth of the Babe in Bethlehem but let it be about the rebirth of your soul so that you may pass from death to everlasting life amen!
Come to Jesus while you still can! Seek the Savior of all mankind with your whole heart and you will find Him!
Here is why anyone and everyone should want to belong to the Lamb of God and why the message from the angels that fateful morn some 2,000 years ago is so important to all mankind proclaiming that unto us, in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord, was born unto us:
God is a holy God. And God is a consuming fire. Those two things go together. Sin is consumed in the fire in God’s holy presence. And so on the Day of Judgment, God’s presence will burn up all that are unholy and unrighteous. And everyone of their own accord is unholy and unrighteous. None of us are perfect and righteous and holy. Our “good works” are nothing but filthy rags in the sight of a perfect and holy God (see Isaiah 64:6). Sin separates men from God. So men who rest on their own merits cannot exist in the presence of a holy God without being consumed in the fire on the Day of Judgment. But the GOOD NEWS is this: we have a mediator for us between us and God. His name is Jesus, the High Priest that meets our needs, the Babe born in Bethlehem that came to save us all hallelujah! For all those that accept Jesus, the Lamb of God, as the sacrifice for their sins and makes Him their Lord and Savior, they, in effect, “put on” the righteousness and holiness of Jesus Christ. So when God looks at them, He sees not their own righteous (or lack thereof) or holiness (or lack thereof), but He see the perfect holiness and righteousness of Jesus Christ. And such a person will be able to stand in the presence of God on the Day of Judgment without being consumed in the burning fire.
So let us not forget that the reason for the season is the One you do not want to proceed to Judgment Day without. Trust me, come Judgment Day, you will want to belong to Jesus. Words are not enough to express what it means to have Jesus dwelling on your inside, Immanuel God with us! Hallelujah forever and ever!
So seek ye this free gift of grace that is available to one and all through the Savior of all mankind, the Babe born in a manger some 2000 years ago!

The sun does that every year without fail… Comes down to Earth in the flesh when it dips below the horizon on the 21st december, and is reborn as our saviour on the 25th december. Without the sun there would be no life on Earth, as such it is our god, our lives are 100% subject to it’s emissions.
As for your claim, why would an all powerful, all knowing god need a blood sacrifice to do anything, let alone forgive? You are suggesting IT is flawed, has a forgiveness problem… thus you are spouting political BS spin, canvassing for your dark age thought and belief intolerant political dictatorship that was invented and state enforced in the dark ages, 1’400 years ago, not 2’000 years ago. There is no evidence of Christianity existing prior to the 6th century CE.
Your saviour Jesus is also completely irrelevant, his sacrifice a waste of a life if you are claiming your God is all knowing and knows the future for a fact. It would not matter how many saviours or how many people convert, the known future will take place exactly as known… in a blood bath. And then we are told we are going to be judged by the IT, that wouldn’t need too do any such thing, because IT already knows everything, we were judged and condemned at the foundation of the world, millions/billions of years before we are born.

I keep telling myself to stop commenting, it is a waste of time, that being said I will attempt one more time to show you that the ONLY SIGN that Jesus Christ gave us that HE is the Son of God was “”Three (3) days and three (3) nights in the “heart” of the earth.
First a DAY according the Christ is 12 hours, a DAY in the Word of God is the duration of LIGHT.
Genesis 1: 5 And God called the ‘light’ DAY and the darkness He called NIGHT.
As there were no clocks in those days they used the the positions of the sun: sunrise began the first hour, noon ends the 6th hour and sunset ends the 12th hour. Christ was stabbed by a Roman spear at the 9th hour, our 3PM, and died. He was hung on the stake around noon the 6th hour.
Christ said 3 days -3 periods of light and 3 nights –3 periods of darkness would be the ONLY sign. And the ONLY sign would “begin” WHEN HE is in the Heart of the earth -the tomb!
Christ died at the 9th hour and was placed in the tomb just before sundown, maybe moments before.
It took 3 hours, from the 9th hour until the 12 hour for Pilate to send men to break the legs of Christ only to find Him dead and then Joseph had to approach Pilate for permission to take Christ off the stake ahead of the coming HIGH SABBATH i.e. the first day of unleavened bread.
Then Joseph did take Christ down, cleaned up His body and wrapped it in cloth and then carried the body to the tomb and placed it in the tomb and rolled the boulder in place— There is not account of the time it took but they walked and nothing was close and it was up hills and down hills.
Please forgive me this one time — but logic tells me all of this took some time, most likely the 3 hours.
We now have Christ in the tomb some where between 15 minutes to 15 seconds before sundown. If you want – call it 30 minutes before, but 30 minutes does not count as A DAY,
For argument sake lets say it was just before sundown on Wednesday, the 4th day of the week, that Christ was laid in the tomb.
Thursday night — first night
Thursday day — first day
Friday night — second night
Friday day — second day
Sabbath night — third night
Sabbath day –THE THIRD DAY
Jesus Christ was resurrected ON THE THIRD DAY and it was the SABBATH DAY –THE DAY CHRIST IS LORD OF.
