I can attest that scorpions are extremely robust and are likely to survive a rocket trip. I live in the Arizona desert where highly venomous bark scorpions are plentiful. Squirt one with Raid and it just says “thanks for the shower”. Two weeks ago I was packing for a trip and pulled my suitcase out of the closet. Out crawled a nice big scorpion. I stomped it with my foot, using about half my 200 lb weight. Didn’t faze it one bit. Had to dump on it with one foot, all 200 lbs, to kill it.

That said, people who live in areas where scorpions are plentiful are not terrorized by them. They just learn how to avoid them and, when necessary, how to squash them.

Almost every prophecy in the Bible has already happened.

“And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.” Revelation 9:7-10

Here we have a description of what these desert warriors were like. It talks about their battle horses. The Arabian desert horses were amazing animals. They were raised by their owners in the tents right along with the family and were treated with gentleness, so they were very highly trained. At a word or touch from their master they would run like the wind into battle, or flee away across the sand.

The ‘Crowns of Gold’ were the yellow turbans these men wore. They had long hair, either braided up, or loose, and the ‘teeth of lions’ meant their fierceness in battle.

Again it talks about ‘many horses running to battle’. The Arab warriors did not march in rows or ranks like Greek or Roman soldiers; they swarmed down onto their enemies on their swift horses, almost as quickly as if they were flying. Before the blood soaked into the ground they were gone again, galloping like the wind.

What was this about their ‘tails’? Isaiah 9:15 “The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.” The teachings of their prophets indeed had a sting in them!

I am a Christ-follower and believer in the Bible. Read Revelation 9:10 again. John wrote of an allegorical vision he experienced about creatures with tails ‘like’ scorpions. These entities also will have the power to make people experience terrible pain for five months. I respectfully disagree with the article’s author.

What I would be more concerned about is the next Biblical verse, 9:11. Note the numbers again. Read it and be more concerned with its contents than the preceding scripture. Oh, to The Watcher: you are absolutely wrong in your take about Jesus Christ, a Rapture, Satan, the truth in the Bible, etc. I have lived in darkness during my life and now, through the grace of God though His Son, know the Truth. Try making a connection with God and you will be pleasantly surprised. I tried to disprove the Bible, and could not after years of attempting to do so.

Satan’s greatest deception is making people believe that he doesn’t exist. Why do all non-believers target Jesus Christ over all other main characters from other ‘religions’ (oh, how I hate that word). Even when people curse they invoke the name of Yahweh God. Why are occult secret rituals and societies crafted to mock Jesus, and the God of the Bible, and not other ‘religious’ figures from Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, etc.? Why are said rituals, including sorcery, astrology, necromancy, channeling, etc. done as a 180 degree mockery of God’s plan?

Final question for you, The Watcher: How many testimonies have you heard where people have credited adultery, being rich and famous, becoming an addict (as I am), using drugs, watching porn, etc. with turning around their lives and making their lives much more gratifying and enriched? I am 53 and have never heard such a testimony. Conversely, I have heard hundreds of people proclaim that when they opened their hearts, minds and souls up to God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ that amazingly positive things began to occur in their daily lives. That has also been my personal experience and my life has become so simple, enjoyable and full after stepping out of a dependence upon alcohol, pornography and other worthless and shallow pursuits.

Get down on your knees and ask God to connect with you with an honest heart. He will answer you.

There is absolutely no difference between Lisa Lyn, and of course Ms. Fuentes. Inaccurate interpretations of the bible, and sensationalism to promote their stories(reads) Is that punk (shhhhheeeprider1) one of your kids?
