My little golden labs were in on it too. They don’t hunt to kill the birds though. They just hold the birds in their mouths and want to play. Sometimes they play too rough. Bad Buster. Bad Ajax.
As I read Zephaniah 1, I think of what has already been unleashed in the world. ISIS is spilling blood and disemboweling people without remorse. The Lord takes responsibility…He has said what would happen as a result of dismissing Him. Why? Because He warns us to go in the right Way, He made the Way for us, He went before us in it, and He IS the Way…so, if we go another way, our own way, we will find out all about what He was wanting to protect us from. And when we insist on our own way, and we get in trouble, we blame Him! How does that work? The parent child relationship, for any of you with teenagers makes it pretty easy to understand. We warn our children not to drive too fast, not to drink and drive…we warn them about the dangers of drug use and of illicit sex…and what do they do?They figure that we’re old and don’t know anything about it…that we don’t understand ‘their world’. And, like I told my boys, some don’t live through it, (and one of mine didn’t). So blame me? God knows the beginning from the end. He set these things in motion towards a desired end. He tells us where He’s going and how to go with Him and how to avoid the pitfalls along the way…but here we are, in a world that is on the edge of being destroyed by our willfulness, and our insistence that we know better. It’s not nature that is the problem, its a spiritual battle that rages behind the scenes that is the problem. That’s what its always been about. God’s ‘desired end’ is to produce His Bride out of the side of humanity. Humanity created in His image and the only creature with the capacity to become compatible with Him. But, just like you can’t demand someone’s love, He doesn’t demand it either. But, for those that choose Him, there is an eternal future of life with Him…the greatest artist, musician, builder, creator, and master of all. I choose Him. In the interim, the consequences of our sins are upon us.
Apparently, Lying Lisa doesn’t know the meaning of the phrase “letting the cat out of the bag.” It means to spoil a surprise or reveal hidden information. In this case, National Geographic is reporting an actual event that is ongoing, so it’s not like anything being hidden suddenly was revealed. Moreover, since Lisa by her own statement has been saying for years that birds and fish are going to be dying (a fairly safe prediction since mass deaths happen periodically), it hasn’t been a secret that someone is repressing. All this story proves is that Lisa is a lousy writer.

Religion is nothing bu culture passed down from generations, slowly evolving.
