It is, apparently, a universal principle.

Applicable to virtually every area of human intellectual endeavor: the monotheistic religions, science (especially medical science), the monotheistic religions, technology (especially alternative energy technologies), the monotheistic religions, politics, the monotheistic religions and economics. (And did I mention the monotheistic religions?):

That it is only the stupidest idea that becomes universally known.

That it is only the stupidest assertion that is never questioned.

And that those who acquire power do so only on the basis of being the stupidest in their particular area of ‘expertise’.

Thus, the stupidest Christian theologian on the face of the earth is, of course, Pope Francis.

The stupidest Jewish theologians on the planet are, of course, the Chief Rabbis of Israel.

And the stupidest Muslim religious ‘authority’ on the face of the planet is, of course, the one who has been given the most publicity.

In fact, these people are so stupid, that the typical, and most ‘human’ response is to ‘feel sorry for them’ for being so stupid.

Certainly, just another pathetic—albeit effective—technique for, stupidly, preserving their power.
