Joh 1:1-4

(1)  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

(2)  The same was in the beginning with God.

(3)  All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

(4)  In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

Whose WORD is it? ..Word of the Lord

Whose Word is it, the Word of the Lord or is it just an opinion? Maybe it is a false prophet, which we use a lot! But just maybe it is not the Word that you were taught in your man made denominations? You see, in those denominations; traditions have set up fences around the Word. Jesus addressed this when he said “Well has Isaiah prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, this people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men” Mark 7:8

Moreover he said again in Mark 7:9 “Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.” Then again Jesus said in Mark 7:13 “Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye!”  In Matthew 15:14 Jesus said speaking of the Pharisee’s who rejected and did not like what Jesus was teaching and told his disciple of this. Jesus then said to his disciples “let them alone”, speaking of the Pharisee’s who were offended by his speech; then adding “they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”

Whose WORD is it? …Traditions

The traditions of men, were handed down orally; from Elder, from Father to Son; to the next generation. Then that generation handed down these customs, adding more customs and teachings of men to the previous one until the amount of this was unbearable to carry. It became that over time, these teachings and customs became more important than the Word of God! So much so, it made the Word of the Lord ineffective; mainly because the people put no stock or trust in it! They were more inclined to follow what mere mortal men had to say than the Word of God written down by Moses; which was direct Revelation of God.

Whose WORD is it? …Churches

Today we have the same thing. It has been in the churches around the world for generations. To the Word of God; men who were Elders, Bishops, Cardinals, Popes, Preachers, Teachers, Ministers, Prophets, Fathers, Dads, Granddad’s, Moms, and others all mere mortal human beings became involved in this. It reaches across all denominations and in fact; there is not one single denomination on this planet in the realm of Christianity where this has not occurred. That is not to say non-Christian religions don’t have such things, in fact they do and their whole religion is based on that. But my focus is not these, but the Church, Christianity, and others who I try to reach with the gospel!

Whose WORD is it? …Fairy Tales

Today we follow mere fairy tales in some denominations. These fairy tales have created the largest pseudo-Christian denominations in the world. One of these is Mormanism! I stop here, no more said!  We have Churches today with some of the largest denominations in America, with one of the most recognized Pastors on earth; namely Rick Warren created “Chrislam” for the 21^st century! Reaching out to Muslims is okay, diluting the Word of God is not, but yet taking the word Allah, which can be found in the Aramaic for God; which is in use by the Assyrian Church and by Muslims as well. ; it is not used as such in English or in Hebrew! So we can find an Aramaic word, Allah used by both Muslim and Christian. So now Rick Warren and others think this is the same God as the Muslims. Although Muslims and even Christians use the Word Allah to represent the Supreme God, does that make him Supreme?

The real truth of all this is found in the aspect of who the Anti-Christ is?

1Jn 2:22-26

(22)  Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

(23)  Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

(24)  Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

(25)  And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

(26)  These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

Whose WORD is it?  ..AntiChrist

The fact is whoever you call God; there is one test to find out if you are an antichrist in your thinking and in your soul! That is, if you deny the Father and the Son! There is one Father, whom we call the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He is not Allah, although Aramaic Christians and Muslims say so! Muslims use the Word Allah to describe a God which has no son. This is antichrist to deny the Father and the Son. This is the doctrine from Christ himself, his Apostles, and the early church found at the beginning with the Apostles.  If a so called Christian today accepts the Allah which the Aramaic form says and rejects the Son of God, Yeshua Ha Massiach; Jesus Christ, then they are antichrist!

When speaking of Allah, we find the Hebrew word ‘El’, which according to the *ISBE is the most common word for Deity. In the Babylonian ‘El’ is found to be ‘ilu’. But in the Arabic, still in use today the word ‘El’ is found to be ‘Allah’.  While the world Allah is nowhere in the English or Hebrew scriptures, the Word ‘El’ is used. But the word ‘El’ is a common name for Deity.  Now the world ‘Elohim’ has a derivative of ‘El’, which is ‘ul’, meaning to be strong.  Both ‘El and Elohim’ is used of pagan gods. But putting nouns or adjectives with it; expresses a Divine name like ‘El Elyon “meaning to up” or ‘El-Roi meaning “to see”.  Many in the Muslim faith and some in the Christian faith would have you to believe that ‘El or even a derivative ‘Ul is the same as ‘Allah’, which to them means both the Christian and Hebrew God is Allah. But the major difference they say is that Christians basically messed up when saying God has a Son. This is blasphemy and antichrist as we pointed out.

Whose WORD is it? …LORD we serve

The final point and one to pay attention to directly is that Joshua plainly stated to only serve the LORD [Yahweh, Jehovah] and to put away the gods your fathers served on the other side of the river. The word LORD is used twice! This means to pay attention. According to the Torah, let every word be established with two or three witnesses. Here Joshua uses that by repeating to the Israelites to fear the LORD and then to serve the LORD.

The word gods here is used in the generic sense of gods, elohym, el-o-heem; used in plural to denote all the gods on the other side of the flood and in Egypt.  The one they were to serve was Jehovah, yeh-ho-vaw, Yahweh; which is the ‘self-existent one or eternal’.  This word is clear, as Christians we are to serve our Father, the self-Existent one or eternal and his Son Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Massiach. There is no ‘Allah’ connected to the one we are to serve. Joshua puts the stop to it, declaring the Word of the Lord on this matter and “put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD!”

Jos 24:14

(14)  Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.

Similarily we find in the New Testament that the use of a generic word for god can be even traced to the Apostles and was a commonly used Greek word for god; this was theos. The difference between the pagan god ‘theos’ and the Apostles use of ‘theos’ was this God to which the Apostles used had a Son, Yeshua Ha Massiach. This is illustrated in First Peter. Let us look at one of the all-time favorites of faith written by Peter. Here the word God is ‘theos’, but although the Greek work means god in general and the same word was used by pagans for their god. This does not mean that the Apostles and the Pagans served the same god. On the contrary, it is delineated by the context. This word god, whom Peter used, describes our Father in heaven, the Almighty God! The God of Abraham, this is to whom Peter is addressing. The difference again is that this ‘theos’ or god has a Son, the Messiah; the Son of God, our Father, the great and mighty, the most revered God; Yahweh or Jehovah!

1Pe 1:1-5

(1)  Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,

(2)  Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

(3)  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

(4)  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

(5)  Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Whose WORD is it?  ..deceive you 

This is the fight of the last days! Let no one deceive you!  I have given you the Word of the Lord! Here it does not matter if they say Allah or Theos or god or God is the same God of all faiths. The difference, the damning difference, the heaven or hell difference, the total difference is the Son of Almighty God. I also pointed out above that the use of ‘Allah’ is pointedly rejected by Joshua who tells Israel to stop serving the Gods which your forefathers served on the other side of the flood.  Again it is the Son of God that further tells us of the truth here; the Son of God whom we know him as Jesus Christ, Yeshua ha Massiach; he died on the cross for your sins and mine! He set us free; not Mohammad, not the Mormons’, not the Pope, and certainly not Chrislam!

Now while in the Aramaic we find Christians using the word ‘Allah’, this word they use is connected to the Son of Almighty God. They believe in a God who has an only begotten Son; who died on the cross for their sins. The Allah of the Assyrian Church is not the same as the Allah of the Muslims. The same word, but a world of difference and it is in the context and found in scripture that our Lord is Yahweh, Jehovah who has a Son! One will get you to heaven through the Son of God and the other will send you to hell!

Be careful you will find many converts from true apostolic doctrine to a new form of Christianity.

It is about both the Father and the Son! This is what set us free, God so loved that he gave his only begotten Son! But the above on Chrislam was just one example. Today, the truth is very simple:

2Ti 4:2-4

(2)  Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

(3)  For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

(4)  And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Paul in 2^nd Thessalonians chapter 2 describes the generation of the last days as people who would “reject the love of the truth”! This truth is the Father and the Son and their love; it is the gospel of God that Jesus Christ taught his apostles and the gospel that these foundation stones of the faith declared to a lost and dying world.

This is the fight of the last days, l repeat it here! The fight is over the Father, our God who has an only begotten Son. The world of Islam say God does not have a Son! The religions of the world deny the God of Abraham and his Son Yeshua Ha Massiach; Jesus Christ! The Hebrew, Judaism denies today that the Messiah has even come. But the Christian knows and so do the Messianic Jews; they truly know!

Whose WORD is it? …it is given

The Word you hear and listen to; whose Word is it? For instance, this Word I have given you; when people read it, many will understand what I say. But to them, many that is; I am just a writer, a Christian, a radio talk show host [if they know that about me], others will say this guy is just a watchman [if they know that about me]; but many will disregard this Word.  I am no different than the Prophets of old, no different than those Apostles of Jesus, nor any different than Jesus Christ himself; except I am not the Messiah of God the promised Savior. All three of those groups had more authority and anointing than I! But all three groups and myself have some things in common. We all believe in the same God, know the Jewish Messiah, and live in a time when those we speak to disregard what we say.

Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Massiach; went to his own and they received him not!

Joh 1:11-13

(11)  He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

(12)  But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

(13)  Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Joh 8:24  I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

Joh 8:54-55

(54)  Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God:

(55)  Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.

Israel, the Jews, and their religious leaders stoned the Prophets; Israel rejected the messages of the Prophets; here is what Jesus Said of it:

Mat_23:31  Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.

Mat_23:37  O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

The killing of the Apostles pleased the Jews:

Act 12:1-3

(1)  Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.

(2)  And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.

(3)  And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

Act 25:1-3

(1)  Now when Festus was come into the province, after three days he ascended from Caesarea to Jerusalem.

(2)  Then the high priest and the chief of the Jews informed him against Paul, and besought him,

(3)  And desired favour against him, that he would send for him to Jerusalem, laying wait in the way to kill him.

The truth is as Jesus spoke, a prophet is “not without honor” save in his own country and in his own house. Not without honor, in other words everywhere else he can be seen as a prophet. In his own house, Jesus was a local kid who became a teacher. Today, the true prophet or watchman or preacher; is merely a son, a father, a dad, a radio talk show host, a watchman, or just plain crazy. It is just his word, his opinion, and certainly not consider by many as the pure Word of the Lord.

But the truth is, the prophet in your midst is rarely seen unless the Lord God reveals this to you!

Mat 13:54-57

(54)  And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?

(55)  Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?

(56)  And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?

(57)  And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.

The result of all this was that Jesus Christ did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief Matthew 13:58!

As you read this, I ask again whose Word is it to you. Is it as Jeremiah coming from his mouth concerning judgment on Judah? The very Word Judah rejected from Jeremiah, now is coming true! Is it as Peter who preached the Gospel, this Gospel Peter says is the Word of the Lord, the very word which by the gospel is preached unto you. It is this very word by which I preach and write these things to you!

Jer 9:20

(20)  Yet hear the word of the LORD, O ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and every one her neighbour lamentation.

1Pe 1:23-25

(23)  Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

(24)  For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

(25)  But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

This word has been written, it has been preached, and it is given to you! Given so you can either receive or reject what you have read or heard! Instead of hearing, you judge and instead of listening you criticize according to your traditions of men and those things you have been taught in or out of your church! According to your society, to your sins, and to your own heart you will stand; howbeit temporarily, for all flesh is grass and the perishing thereof comes quickly!

Let this word stand, let it stand before the judge, the Almighty whose Watchman and Preacher I am! Let it stand and let his hand and Spirit be the witness of what I have given to you today!
