The Islamist group (ISIS) just took over Quaragosh, the biggest Christian city in Iraq. There are hundreds of men, women and children that are being beheaded. The people are asking for prayers to be made on their behalf concerning the ongoing atrocity in their country. Please take one minute to pray for them. Pass the message across to all your contacts so that the prayer will not be broken. They asked for this special prayer. Please, ensure you pass across the prayer request to the body of Christ for fervent prayers offered on behalf of the brothers, sisters and children in Iraq. This is an urgent SOS. May God bless you. I argue against and snipe at Pix on a regular basis, it is true. But nothing I have ever said to Pix rose above the level of exasperation or brazen opposition. Hatred and exasperation are hardly on the same level, Kahuna. They are different creatures entirely.

I don’t distort anything, and you have yet to prove your claims. Your belief is faith based on myth, specifically because it has no evidence. Everything I claim is evidence based. For my own part, I only believe evidence because only the truth leaves a trail of it, fairy stories do not.

Because I didn’t say all the scriptures were not in Hebrew, a few of them are Hebrew, otherwise known as peasant Egyptian. Most are in Greek and Aramaic, others are in ancient Sumerian, eg Genesis, but that the oldest Torah, the Septuagint, (which is what the conversation was about), is mostly Greek and Aramaic, Koine Greek to be specific… you big dummy.

Here, you suggest very clearly that the TORAH was not originally written in Hebrew. That is an absurd claim.
The oldest EXTANT manuscripts of the Old Testament (including, obviously, the Torah), do happen to be written in Greek. This, however, would be misconstrued by no clear-thinking personage to mean that the Old Testament, or specifically the first five Books of it, were originally written in Greek.
Your ideas about the meaning of facts and evidence, Pix, are distorted, as per usual. What you have on the one hand does not demonstrate what you suggest it demonstrates. Your connection with facts and evidence is hamstrung by your congenital inability to rightly discern the meaning of things.
Hebrews wrote the Hebrew Scriptures. The Hebrew Scriptures were written in Hebrew. Not in any other language – until they were translated into those other languages by the Hebrews themselves. Your suggestion is no different from declaring that Cervantes wrote Don Quixote in English, which was then subsequently translated into Cervantes’ native tongue – Spanish. No different at all.

In this age of deceit, its difficult to know who to pray for….You don’t want to pray for a demon or devil….prayers for these types of creatures can be turned against you…….they have a god, too….a very powerful, (and dangerous) spirit whom they worship and call “lord”. They are trying, right now, to insert their version of “messiah” into the world’s system. Trying to complete an infernal ‘trinity’. This is the first chance in thousands, maybe millions, of years that this has been possible. It will never be available to them, ever again. They won’t miss this opportunity….I’m sure rehearsals have been going on for centuries.
These supernatural (inter-dimensional) beings are possibly clairvoyant..or have other ‘mental’ abilities, that allow them to discern your thoughts….anything related to Christ or YHVH, are ANATHEMA to these beings. In fact, some victims of abduction have been able to stop the attack with the name of Jesus Christ as witness. This “sense” may allow these serpents to eavesdrop on our very thoughts. Pray often.
