desertspeaks, The Constitution for the united States of America is the supreme law of the land, it does not restrict the common wo/man nor does it give any wo/man any rights, wo/man’s rights come from our creator as a gift or a birthright to do as we please as long as we don’t violate the rights of others. I didn’t author, sign or take an oath to it, there for I am not limited by it or subject to it. The U.S. and the State’s Constitutions are written contracts that all civil servants must sign and take a sacred oath before God and to God that they will protect the people’s rights, not to deprive us of our them. So yes the Constitutions are written contracts to protect us from evil doers. We the people gave them their authority and we can’t give something we don’t have our self’s, so we have all the authority they have and much more. It’s time we start arresting these bastards and restore our Republic to what it’s suppose to by. So no, the Constitutions does not apply to the private people!!
