No, they are not! The writings of the Shemitic peoples describe the lands that Japheth’s descendants inherited, and they are described as COLD. To this very day, Mongols and Altai peoples, and others from them, including the Inuit, have lived in the cold regions they inherited, as it is written in the book of Jubilees. The term “Mongol Shaman” is an oxymoron. Mongols are not from the man best known as Shem; Mongols and Altai peoples are of a Japhetic stock. Only a full-blood descendant of Shem can be called a SHahM-aN. The descendants of Japheth inherited the cold regions of the earth ONLY, as it is written in the records of the Shemitic peoples, one of which is the book of Jubilees.
