They have been heard big-time since specially 2011… look it all up and see where, every place on the globe I think , except Africa I have not heard many or any, that I can remember, there, but that is not to say they are not happening there, just that not many people would have a chance to record them like other places, not very populated in large swaths of land…poverty, etc.
